An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The pillows weren't great and breakfast could start earlier (6 or 6:30) for those who are needing to make it to early-morning appointments.

The pool was out of service for the 3 days we were there. The breakfast could have been better…no waffles available 2 out of the 3 days.
We could walk to the train station, and the staff was wonderful. Timothy, who worked at the front desk was very helpful with giving tips for navigating the area.

The check in was long due to one person seeming to have computer issues. My room was street facing and i had a tough time sleeping because of the street and highway sounds. Not many food options within walking distance in the area. Had to uber eats.
the room was very spacious and clean. Comfortable bed and distance to train station is really good for a short uber drive on a hot day. The staff were very helpful.

The breakfast area could have had more choices. It took a long time to get toilet tissue i called several times. I also arrived at 2:10 and asked can I check in early the front desk person said yes in 15 minutes. Then 15 minutes past and I asked her can I check in she said 10 more minutes turned into 20 minutes, so I still sat in the lobby with my mother ad it was close to 3:00 she should have just told me no and to come back at 3pm after driving all morning for North Carolina. The pillows were also uncomfortable.
The Hotel was safe and my daughter loved the pool.

I didn't like the breakfast option it should've had a NON PORK option or more fruit. I didn't like that housekeeping didn't turn down the linen or remove trash. I was told own upon request. So this is how rat and room start to smell. Cleaning should be daily unless you have a sign on the door.
The fast check in and the location was good.

The seat on the commode was slightly twisted. Also, visually there was wear and tear on plumbing fixtures like the shower for instance. The ring should be flush to the wall where the shower head is located. Also I don’t know if the tile material or the cleaning products used on the tile floor was the culprit but it seemed sticky. Also the upholstery chair needs to be cleaned.
The location. I also like my window view looking out at the water. I just wish the water was blue, lol!

Slow service on breakfast and variety. Eggs took 27 Mins to be served and most people left with no proper bf.
Cleaning service and pantry service department were good. Front desk was very good and also quick on getting things done.

Personal needs to be more friendly some of them were little rude!! Two problems fire alarm turns on for a little difficulty at one of the rooms 4 th floor good works but annoying, and also the phone turns to start making a annoying and loud sound at 6 am almost like a alarm!! My husband awake freaking out about it and try to touch it and try to disconnected to stop the horrible noise when was the only day we want to awake around 8 because in the whole trip we couldn’t rest properly .

There was some garbage left under one of the beds.
Staff was so friendly and helpful! The kids loved the pool. Location was great, however not easy to walk to places, we travelled around mostly using Uber which was very efficient

Elevator was broken so you had one to work with. Staff was not pleasant. Limited towels. Breakfast was decent. Location terrible. Don’t “upgrade” for a water view. They charge you $60 extra and it’s literally nothing to look at. The pictures are all false advertising. It’s such an unkept location/property.

No shuttle service, breakfast accommodations were not the best, no batter for waffles, cases were empty, one staff member to run a very busy breakfast station.

Room was not properly cleaned. You can see dust inside the drawers. We had Breakfast at 7 am they run out of plates, per staff they dont have any to give, did not replenish some of the food.
Location and the receptionist was very accommodating.
