The price was a bit high. We only stayed in the hotel for 12 hours. We used none of the amenities. The breakfast was to crowded both times we tried to go. So we ended up leaving and going next door to McDonalds.

It was easy to find and convenient to go to restaurants and shopping.

We love this hotel. We have stayed here multiple times over the last 5 years. The staff is always friendly, its always clean and the pool and hot tub are always very nice. We always get a suite, and they are amazing. Definitly my favorite place to stay with the family.

The firmness of the pillows and the fact that there were lots of underaged ,unsupervised children in the hot tub and the exercise room!They were also running around in the hallways.

Absolutely loved the staff!! Everyone was very friendly upon arrival and throughout the 2 night stay. Entire facility was actually CLEAN! The ambiance was cozy!

The heating/cooling in the main living room & bedroom wasn’t consistent. Only (1) regular coffee packet in room, could have used more but coffee in the lobby tasted better anyway.

Our 1bedroom suite was clean, comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was great! Staff was great!

Out of control guests and no action - kids running around and one child got burnt using the waffle maker. The parents should have been spoken to. The fitness centre was small and not well maintained. The facilities need updating - no microwave or fridge in the room, the kitchen microwave is tiny. Not even a nightlight for the bathroom.

The stay was comfortable. However, the facilities seemed dated and requiring maintenance. The staff was friendly. This location seems to cater groups, as there were a number of unruly people travelling together, which made for late night noise and a poor atmosphere for breakfast. The fitness room was small and the equipment not fully functional. The indoor pool was nice, as was the whirlpool. The hotel location is excellent - near I90 and a number of shopping malls.

I was not impressed with the pillows that were more like towels then pillows. Also the breakfast although complimentary was one of the worst I have experienced in all my hotel stays over the years. Quite disappointing!

We stayed on the ground floor. The floor felt damp, and the room smelled musty. Either there is a lot of humidity or the moisture is coming through the concrete under the carpet.

The staff were friendly, and the room was large, comfortable, and clean. We only stayed one night, and it was a very easy arrival and departure. Electric car charging is convenient in the parking lot.

The “terra cotta” flooring in the room bathroom and in the breakfast area seem to have a residue on it that made it very slippery. And $2.50 for a candy bar…???

I believe at the cost of the room housekeeping should be provided daily. The courtyard garden was lovely but badly in need of weeding. Sugar free breakfast items should be included. Such as yogurt and muffins.

I would have rated this place higher. However, there were a few things that I felt could have been better. We had a king bed in our room, and the sheets did not fit on the bed. I spent many times throughout the night trying to stretch them to fit. Second, the pillows were horrible. Words can not describe the lack of comfort I felt using them. As soon as my head hit the pillow, it went flat. We only had one pillow per person in my room, and when we asked for extra, they did not have any. Additionally, the shower doors were difficult to open and close. I was concerned that they would break.

Great location in a nice area of Rochester. . Right off the highway and near stores and restaurants. We were visiting family in Fairport so this place was perfect. The place was clean and the staff was friendly. My family enjoyed the free breakfast. Nice and spacious bathroom.
