We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United StatesThe TV was difficult to deal with, no channel guide and no instructions how too use the complicated TV system , but that was the only minor problem.
this is a gorgeous hotel, situated near the Norfolk Harbor and within a block of the Naticus Museum. Onsite parking garage is attached to the hotel and very easy to self park and check in. The hotel was fabulously decorated for Christmas during our visit and all 3 restaurants on site were very good. Casual Rooftop Grain is great for lunch or drinks with a view, Saltine was lovely for dinner and the Breakfast served in hotel cafe was very good. we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

United StatesOf all the elevators there were only two running and one of the nights we had to wait in line to use the service elevators. Then, on our check out, we had to wait over ten min to catch the elevator with both our arms packed with luggage, and then still ended up having to use the service elevator again.
View was fantastic and the bed was comfortable it was right across the street from my work Christmas party
