Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United StatesIt's a rundown place: appliances in the room were not working, the sitting surface in the hot tub was difficult to sit on it was so scratchy.

United StatesMy room was not so clean upon arrival. Hairs and dirt on the bathroom floor and at the front door. The walls are paper thin and you can hear the plumbing/showers all around you. Thankfully it gets quiet early and no one was up in the middle of the night!
Comfortable beds, good water pressure in the shower, good amenities (hair dryer, space heater, humidifer), lots of storage space and hooks. Filtered water available in the lobby. It was super helpful to take the Viewline resort shuttle to/from the airport.

AustraliaVery run down property. Marks on the walls, heavy wear and tear visible in the room and the common areas. Decent level of amenity but it's a building obviously at the end of its useful life. Great budget option but steer clear if you're fastidious or fussy about accomodation
Friendly and helpful staff. Convenient location for skiing and access to the Snowmass Mall area.

CanadaStaff unprofessional. We asked for room cleaning twice and they never sent anyone to change our sheets or towels during our entire 6 day stay. We got a parking ticket on the first night since the staff forgot to add us to the parking list. Room was dirty when we got there - still trash in the trash cans and dirt on the floor.
Good location. Decent room.

AustraliaThe rooms were very tired, old and very average. Check in was 4pm we arrived at 5pm and our room was still not ready, staff at the front desk took an hour to check us in and hardly talked to us at all. Very poor customer Service.
The location was great, close to lifts, restaurants and shuttle service.

United StatesRoom was not vacuumed when we arrived. There were crumbs and small plastic/trash items on the floor. I asked for the room to be vacuumed and it never was. Walls were thin and room was loud. We could hear traffic on the street, people yelling, and walking/ski boots above us and outside. Also walked out to 3 parking tickets on my car (staff quickly said they'd fix it) because staff entered my stay information incorrectly. Bathtub was clogged and dripped all weekend. Asked housekeeping about this, but was never addressed. I'm just not sure they cared all that much? Photos show two hottubs. One was out of operation, leaving only 1 small, outdated hottub that got crowded quickly. Overall, this hotel relies on their great location, but could use attention in most other areas. Although cheaper than others in the area, I still expect a cleaner, quieter room for $400 per night.
Location to Snowmass Mall and ski slopes was amazing. Easy to rent equipment and take a short walk to Village Express lift. Close to free shuttle to Aspen. Breakfast sandwiches for purchase in lobby were good alternative to not having a restaurant on site that served in the morning. Dinner food from the bar was decent. Linens were clean and main bed was comfortable (would not recommend the bunk bed)

United Statesearly check out time (10am). No lights outside the front door, so hard to find the right unit and enter key code at night. The bed sheets had holes in them. Wish I could have found a hotel room since I just needed a place to sleep for the night and not a whole condo (at least the hotel room would have coffee and later check out)
nice decent size condo, clean with nice bathroom.

United StatesThe room was run down. The floor is buckling. The light above the bathroom sink doesn't work. The coffee maker is broken. They ran out of coffee and only had decaf. There's a drawer that opens by itself.
There was a nice shuttle service provided by the next door property.

United StatesOur window frame was broken and it wouldn't lock closed, and our neighbor had apparently knocked the glass out of his window from the inside and was still living in there with broken glass all over his balcony. The water pressure in the shower sucked and took a while to get warm, however we had spent the 5 days prior camping in the literal desert so any water was amazing at the time. Let's talk about the coffee. Keurig coffee maker would have been a nice touch if there wasn't only decaf K-Cups in the room. Seriously? Decaf? On vacation? C'mon now, that's amateur hour stuff. There was 1 dead baby roach on the bathroom counter, but I didn't see any scurrying about. Seems as though they have been taking care of that issue, so no big deal. Hotel staff was basically non existent, other than seeing housekeeping out in the morning before we checked out. Not even a bartender to be found when we arrived (albeit we got there a couple hours before check in), let alone any front desk staff. Didn't see anyone on the way out, either. There were basically zero available electrical outlets in the room, and only 2 USB ports on the alarm clock, and one on the TV if you are smart enough to look for it. Who only has 3 USB powered devices these days, especially between a couple? Pricing, overall, wasn't appropriate for the accommodations, however you are paying for the location, so I get it. There was some exposed wiring along the wall behind the bed, which is absolutely against any form of safety code. It should, at a minimum, be concealed in conduit, not hanging out of a hole in the drywall and strung along the wall/floor to a box behind the bed. Sketchy AF.
Our balcony had a great view. The bed was comfortable, and the room (although very dated and a bit DIY looking) was comfortable without AC. The fridge was ice cold as well. They had pet water dishes placed around the lobby to make sure everyone's furry friends didn't go thirsty, super cool. Checkout was easy, I just dropped our room keys in a box and left without seeing anyone.

United StatesCheck in process took a long time, like an hour long! We booked a king room with balcony only to find out it was not available and we “were upgraded” to their new property down the street. However, we didn’t get a room with balcony. The parking is not in the property, it is out in the street. Staffing is spread thin, shared between 2 properties. Wildwood getting the short end since is low end compared to the new property- Viewline. Upon check in, staff doesn’t even tell us the amenities available, check out time, parking, basic stuff about the hotel….
