We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

RomaniaThe lady at check-in was just holding her head with her hand looking at the screen, and throughout the process did not let go of her face, not even to take my passport or my credit card. She didn't even look at me. Handed us the keys and away we went. The breakfast was missing a lot of food, and although there was almost one hour before it closed, they did not want to replenish it. And at 10:00 they shut the doors without even asking if we need anything more (we actually wanted some more water).
