Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United StatesThe beds were not good at all. When we opened the door for the adjoining rooms there was dog food on the floor. One of the beds had dog food by it. We were not traveling with a dog. We went to eat breakfast and the room key would not work. Check out time is 11:00 a.m. and this was about 9:00 a.m. The window had such a draft that it felt like it was open.
We had an adjoining rooms so we could visit when needed. They had a good selection of things for breakfast. We were located by places to eat and places to shop. The other people staying were friendly.

United StatesThe pool was closed for renovations and the hotel did not update this on the booking sites they're part of. This was disappointing after a long day's drive. The breakfast was horrible. The eggs seemed like they were powdered and sitting in water. The sausages were just sitting in fat. Workers' kids were eating directly from the heating trays. I like walking into a new hotel when there's some music playing in the background or even something non-controversial like the Weather Channel or Discovery Channel on TV. Here you walked in to Fox News playing.
The bed was comfortable. We didn't have an animal, but we were given a tiled, newly-renovated room. It was clean and the beds were very comfortably soft. The shower was good and as expected -- clean and no surprises.

United StatesThe receptionist was very rude. I book the room through Booking.com. He proceeded to tell me I called decline. I noticed he did not check on his computer. This went on for several minutes. I showed him in my bank statement where I was charged for the room. He still see it declined. I showed him through Booking.com my confirmation number this went on for 30 minutes then he acts like he’s doing me a favor saying he’s gonna let it go this time. Know that I have paid for the room online I showed him my receipt in my email where I have paid for the room. it just was a bad experience. I will pass on this hotel

United StatesRusted sink and shower. Outer doors didn’t lock. Smoke alarm was disconnected in room. Curtains didn’t close all the way. And the very worst continental breakfast ever. Bagels were so hard you had to crack them to open and the dry crumbs were the only substance even with warming and cream cheese. Sausage was leftover and reheated and fried out. Juice machine was not turned on. Waffle mix was empty in machine at 630am. Person working the space was in and out on her phone and was non-English speaking so she didn’t respond to any questions.
Price was not bad and location was good.
