Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty

- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Jesus the maintenance gentleman was very nice and efficient in his efforts to troubleshoot the TV issue by replacing it with one from another room.

my landline phone and room door lock did not work, I complained several times and nothing was done. I was there for 10 days and never saw house keeping. When I was out of towels or toilet paper, I went to the front desk. The breakfast was not very good,. oatmeal packets and a muffins with over 20 ingredients. The coffee was not very good.

it took me a few tries to find my room, so I had to carry my suitcase up multiple staircases until I found it, that was not ideal. The room had basics in it which were fine but not anything more.
the room was nice, the bed was very comfortable, you can tell that the majority of guests stay here due to the price and location. I didn't eat the breakfast, the bathroom was nice too, there was a nice chair to relax and watch TV in, the area was quiet.

The booking website said there was a shuttle available from the airport. That was not the case, I learned that upon calling there was no shuttle available. I got an uber last minute and made it but the site should be updated.
It wasn't far from the airport, which was nice, but I couldn't see many walkable options to get to. The room did have a fridge which was nice and ways to warm up food so come prepared if you don't have wheels.

Breakfast, such as is was very dissapointing. From that perspective it should not be mentioned as advertised online...nothing more than a mere snack. After being up with flight more than 24 hours - steps up and no elevator with luggage

guy with no desire to help me, he was apparently angry to be working that time. didn't understand my reservation via booking. I travel all over the world by business , it was the first time I saw someone not accept a passport as ID.

The breakfast was pathetic, a few pre-packaged granola bars/muffins and a coffee dispenser was the entire offering. Don't rely on this before travelling, you will have to get a real breakfast elsewhere.
Staff were helpful and the accommodation was acceptable. Location is ideal for accessing the airport as well as some nearby restaurants and stores.

Bed wasn't very comfortable, facilities were fine but aged. Seemed a little grubby but that might just have been because everything was a bit tired (carpet, furnishings, wall paint etc). I wouldn't want to stay more than a night.
Convenient for the airport without paying airport hotel prices. It was fine for us as we landed from the UK at night and just needed a place to stay before collecting hire car in the morning.

Probably we were just not lucky with the room. The room was dark and the pillows/linen did not smell very fresh. The bathroom was functional but needs a renovation.
The staff at the reception was nice and check in went smoothly. The hotel is about 10-15 minutes from the airport. The 'to go' breakfast was better than we expected.

Microwave was dirty had old food chunks in it. The bathroom wasn't very clean either. Also at 11am while I'm dressing to leave housekeeper just opens my door without knocking.
