Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

The breakfast was not as good as it used to be. I. E. Cold and no gravy!

The breakfast is a bit small but serviceable. Highway noise can be an issue.
The location was great. Just 20 mins from Kansas City Renaissance Fair and downtown KC,Mo. Plenty of quick places to eat and gas station that was easy to access. Easy highway access.

I got chargedI thought 101.63 for one night , but on my card shows 116 and some change and another charge for 57 and some change it's not been a day yet, hoping that was a security fee and will be returned in a few days, if not I will be calling them.
We didn't get to stay for the breakfast had to leave early in the morning. The hotel was clean, smelled good and rooms were updated.

We had a "dog friendly" room so it was okay compared to my first stay, which had a nicer, updated room. Just happy they welcome pets. Beds were comfy and bedding, towels, etc. were very clean. Staff were super friendly as always. We checked in at 2am and they were still up and attentive. Much appreciated. Plenty of parking - we had a trailer. Good lighting at night. Really nice area to take a walk out front. We slept through breakfast, but that was included with the room. Definitely my go-to place for when I'm in town. FYI, there's a really nice dog grooming and boarding facility right down the street.

Overall appearance looks like it's seen better days, dinged up doors and chips in bathtub. Paint on trim. Slightly musty smell in hallways but room seemed fine.
Comfortable bed. Several options for breakfast, waffles, eggs, yogurt, cereals. It was okay. Coffee was good, hot. Quiet and restful. Friendly, professional staff.

When I arrived an hour After check-in my room was Not ready they asked me to give them 20 minutes. I was more than willing to give the 20 minutes to finish up until I came back and the floors had not been swept and there were crumbs on the couch. I had to request for them to be swept.I had a service dog rooming with me and I can't have her eating anything like that.
The room was great. Staff was good. Breakfast was okay they could have had a better selection.

Overall breakfast was good but I didn’t like the eggs . It tasted like powdered eggs, no meats included in the menu

Shower did not have handheld shower head.
Breakfast options had a decent variety with fresh Waffles, biscuits and jam, juices, yogurt, egg, and oatmeal. I think there was a bit more but don't remember the rest.

Housekeeping failed to re-fresh coffee every day. Ice machine on main floor kept flooding and there was ALWAYS water on the floor - they never even put a towel down. "Eggs" made for the breakfast were cold.

Room needed some repairs to Sheetrock and paint. Aesthetically unappealing but clean and comfortable.

Breakfast menu is very very limited. Being a muslim diabetics. There was nothing except coffee and warm biscuits that we could eat. No butter either for the biscuits. The cleaning lady only changed 2 pillow cases, but did not change the sheets when I requested room cleaning service.
It was overall decently clean and and bed was tidy and comfortable. Appreciated the microwave and fridge.

Room was nice. Smelled of fresh paint. Thinking they are in the process of updating. Lots of extra room in the room itself, seemed as though it was missing a chair and ottoman. All in all it was a good stay.

The room had a smell, which I believe was due to recent paint. After we adjusted, it seemed to get better. The breakfast provided could be a little better - maybe just simply add some scrambled eggs, and it would be perfect. I am not a fan of waffles, so my only choice was biscuit & gravy.
The staff was friendly, The room was reasonably clean and comfortable. It is a convenient location for us, and it was reasonably priced. We will be back on our next trip.
