I didn't like the space in the front door, and the fact that you can't get your linen from the housekeepers. There is no elevator. Some of the plugs in the wall don't work. And the dryers don't work, and the fact that the front office knows this and still allows people to use them.

I didnt like the multitude of guys wondering around. A few approached me while i was doing laundry. Very uncomfortable experience. Obviously we use the facility at our own leisure but maybe security just in case for the women.

I liked the cozy room and how accessible thing’s were.

It was advertised as a non smoking room but when we go to the room it stink like smoke. There was cigarette butts beside the bed. It was barely clean.

Everything, staff was OK

Their was infestation, cigarettes outside everywhere, walls are dirty , fridge had ice all around , did not feel safe at night people being mysterious at 3am

i did not like that the room had a bad smell to it. there were spider webs all around the room, that had been there quite a while. the bathroom vent was clogged with brown dust. there is no hairdryer. there is no ice maker except for ice trays in the freezer. there is no elevator. we were on the third floor with my 79 year old dad. i was not aware that there wasn't an elevator until we checked in.

i like that the bed and pillows were comfortable, and the wifi was good.

The LAZY front desk ladies. I asked for a mop & dustpan one lady immediately ansered NO. so I said no wonder our room is filty. thats why i bought a broom already and i am just asking for a dustpan and a mop bc i saw a guy earlier carrying them. Then the other lady said hold on let me see. not even a minute later she said, we have this he showed me a swifter looks like. and i took it and politely said thank you.

Dead cocker roach near the bed, big spider in tub, dresser was dusty, wasn’t sure if bed sheets were changed. I was scared about what would crawl on us. But we fell asleep, so tired, beds are comfortable. If staff do a double check, wipe down with Lysol wipes, sweep, vacuum, spray, it would be fine, so bring your own cleaning supplies, so you feel comfortable. Wipe down remote, door handles etc.

Roaches everywhere, having to leave our belongings in our car just out of fear of getting infested! Walking into our room just to see red ink splattered all over the floor. No seats for the table, the kitchen sink was pulled away from the wall. And the noise is crazy loud!

Looked like run down apartments. Once we seen our room, covered in stains, didn’t look like the pictures, there were bugs, holes in the walls, and we immediately checked right back out. The girl at the desk didn’t even question it.
