Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Housekeeping forgot to sweep out the desk chair, it had crumbs all in it. Everything else was great.
The breakfast is always fresh and warm. Rooms have always been clean and fresh. Beds are comfortable.

The pool room looked a little dated, really wanted to get in but seemed sketchy. Good options for breakfast but had to go out to get coffee because Not much of an option at the hotel

The front desk clerk ( female with different colored hair ) wasn't very friendly. She acted like she didn't want to be there. On our second day, we ordered pizza, and we asked her if we could eat in the breakfast area. It was 8 of us, and there wasn't enough space in the room to eat there. We told her we would clean up after ourselves, and she said yes, but she came across very rude. At one point, she slammed the door to the front desk shut. After we finished eating, we moved the tables back into their place. We wiped down the tables and made sure there was no food on the carpet. My son asked her where he could put the empty pizza boxes, and she, again, was rude when she told him there was a dumpster outside.
The beds were very comfortable, and the room was spacious and clean. We. came to visit our kids, and our grandkids spent the night with us. We made use of the pool, and we all had a great time .breakfast was great, and the lady who works breakfast was sweet and friendly.

Breakfast ok,bed with dirty blankets,we saw few blood spots,beds are not the best and prices too high and we dont want to talk about entrance terrible,sorry after 5 hours driving and pay $144 just for 11 hours i will not recommend it,my opinion 🤷🏻♀️

tv remote did not work- used controls on side of TV. Halls were a bit messy.

The first room that we were given was dirty. I had to go down to the desk and get a key to a different room. The second room had french fries between the headboard and the mattress. The rooms are dated. The shower was pretty pitiful. Very low water pressure and the shower head needed cleaned. Oh and the breakfast, the breakfast was disappointing. The options were eggs and very thin biscuits with gravy. If the booking says breakfast is included, there should be more options. We had to go out and eat breakfast which cost us more money. :(
The hotel was conveniently located near the event that we were attending. The staff were friendly.

The room was clean except there was A LOT of long black hair in the bathroom. We weren't sure if it came from the housekeeping staff or not. Other than the hair, the bathroom was clean.

The women at the desk was so rude, we left the hotel didn’t get to stay. We were in the area for a funeral and this women upset our family even worse. Our other family members said the same thing. She should not work around people . She was loud and rude and acted like a fool. Will never stay at a Quality Inn again.
