Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

This place needs a complete makeover. Elevators don’t work, doors are broken, furniture in the room is worn and broken, could go on and on. Guest don’t take care of the rooms because the place is such a mess.

For a quick overnight stay while traveling, it seemed expensive. Also, booked a room with 2 double beds and our room only had one king bed. We were too tired to deal with it so we just stayed in the room.
We liked our stay and the staff was really nice. Glad we could have our fur baby with us.

Water in the pool was very cold, kids were unable to enter. The jacuzzi was warm, but only sort of clean. We didn't end up using either. Breakfast was poor.

Hotel was very run down. Also I did not research the property well enough. There was no free Bfast. Just coffee for a couple hours and the 1st floor was inaccessible. Not quite sure what was supposed to be there. The staff was friendly and helpful and we were only there for 1 night, but would not personally ever book this facility again

It was advertised to have two full size beds it did not it only had one bed and a very uncomfortable pull-out couch. The TVs in the room were very small and also it was advertised for complimentary breakfast which they did not have. And my son got scared by a large cockroach in the bathroom. The water pressure was also very bad and barely existed.
The hotel was located close to the areas we planned on visiting.

The wi-fi was terrible, pretty much non-existent. The pool was not open. The people above me were noisy. No ice machine.

We booked this room because we needed a kitchen however the kitchen was not equip with anything. If you wanted anything you had to request it. Including a coffee pot. The bathroom has zero water pressure in the shower and the tub drained fill up while shower. Pour draining. Not enough parking near the front door.
The over all size of the room was nice. The bed was comfortable. The staff was helpful and very nice.

The smell was absolutely horrible! Cigarette smoke and old house combined. It would have been unbearable had we not brought room spray with us to use. Bathtubs appeared old and cracked.
Staff was great. The check-in clerk was very friendly and kept the coffee station stocked. The 2 bedroom suite was spacious and a fantastic value for my family.

The breakfast consists of granola bars instant oatmeal and grits and coffee. That's it. No options for juice or cereal or anything else.
The hotel is nice and the staff is very friendly.

The bathroom floor could have been cleaner (I found a couple of popcorn kernels on the floor and someone else’s hair on the shower curtain. Also, I don’t consider instant grits and oatmeal a sufficient breakfast.
The property’s location was great and the receptionist upon my arrival was exceptionally nice and helpful and answered my questions and recommended a great restaurant. The receptionist in the morning was not as nice.

The hotel itself wasn't too bad but it needed a lot of work. The floor in front of the elevator had sinking spots. The room was decent but wallpaper was peeling off. The bathroom light was busted on one end. Just basic things that could be taken care of that would increase the over all appearance of the hotel. The "breakfast" consisted of pre-packaged muffins and granola bars.
The staff were friendly.
