I didn’t like that the beds seam small and that it wasn’t a hot breakfast.

The property was a good location. It was also clean and safe.

Musty odor throughout floor area all the carpet down the hallway need changing THERE WAS A DOG YAPPING YES YAPPING throughout the night CMON the room needs to be upgraded ITS OUTDATED furniture Has to go A plain WHITE Kitchen don’t cut it - brighten it up No cleaning product in the kitchen the burners need replacing on the stove the electrical outlet was loose behind the cabinet caught it when I plugged up my cellphone (safety) start each rm off with 2 full toilet papers 2 mini soaps is a joke what you serve in the morning IS NOT BREAKFAST

The light fixtures fell while I was watching TV I'm glad I wasn't walking right there i could have been hurt Secondly the breakfast is not really a breakfast it's should be called a morning bar or something else 🤔 Only coffee, hot chocolate, muffins 2 flavors only, nutrigrain bars and oatmeal pack with a pot of hot water

The bathroom floor was dirty. I wiped up a splash and the towel was filthy. I think the product they use us not good plus maybe they are not using clean water. It made me wonder if the carpet was also filthy.

The room and building smelled very old like drying paint and gave me sinus problems when the air conditioner was used.

The staff was very friendly, however I did have to change rooms (2) times. The first time they gave me a room with a tenant already there. Scared me half to death. The second time, the bathtub was not letting the water out fast enough. Overall, if it was solely based upon the kindness of the staff they would get a 10. The Manager was kind enough to give me one night free of charge.

It was not truly clean. The floor in our room was grimy and dirty. The lamp fixture had rust/tarnish. The sheets smelled awful, like they had mildew.

I had a very bad experience with a staff member named Yvette. She was extremely rude and disrespectful to me without justification. It as the morning of 5/19/24 during the grab and go breakfast is when the incident occurred. At the Romeoville location, a cabinet is used to place the breakfast items on it. This cabinet had flip out shelves on each side to extend the surface area to be used. I placed my coffee on this flip out shelf and the whole section collapsed and everything on it fell to the floor. My initial reaction is disbelief as to when just happened and I was processing what happened. Immediately after this happened, Yvette in a rude, disrespectful, and bullying manner, ordered and demanded me to pick up and clean the mess. I did not appreciate the way she was taking to me so I in turn told her to stop disrespecting me and talking to me in that manner and it was an accident and the flip out shelf collapsed because it wasn’t latched properly. I only initially quelled her behavior because I wanted her to stop treatment me in such a disrespectful manner. I had no problem in helping to clean up the mess but I just couldn’t continue to allow her to talk to me that as a guest. Shortly after the incident another staff member came long to clean and pick up the mess. I proceeded to help and assist in picking up the mess. After the staff member picked up the mess and reset the flip out shelf and placed the breakfast item back on it, the shelf collapsed again and everting on it fell to the floor. My incident was due to a faulty shelve and Yvette at the front desk should not have treated me in the way she did. Actually prepaid for six nights and this incident occurred after the first night. I did not feel comfortable staying at this facility so I checked out. This front desk person needs to be retrained on how to deal with guests.

This is not a kitchen, It has a burners (not gas) and no oven in case you actually looking to cook. Also you have to ask for cooking supplies even utensils. I requested 2 additional face towels and was told no, they are low and wouldn't receive an order for a few days. My kid is an athlete and was playing in several tournaments, extremely sweaty. Who recycles washcloths from the previous day? This grossed me out. And lastly that is not breakfast. It is breakfast snacks (granola bars and muffins) with coffee and hot chocolate. Misleading.

Great location, Friendly staff, convenient to my destination. My favorite Restuarant was walking distance. Restaurants and fuel were close by. My kid forgot to bring an extra toothbrush. They had no problem providing 1 with toothpaste.
