Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Little things needed to be fixed here and there, but it wasn’t like inconvenient. It was just like I need to fix that. Wasn’t anything that all the water work the water was hot on TV work TV was good. You know it was just little things like the carpet was torn it on the way in the room I was inthat was about it. but you could see it in the hotel in our area as well.

The floors need to be cleaned. We’re sticky , the bathroom floor was the worst would stick to thw floor.

I told the receptionist that I did not have any pets but she gave me a room with hardwood floors. The cleaning smell used for the pets bothered me. I kept sneezing. I asked her for a new room she said she didn't know what rooms had hardwood floors.

My only dislike where the pillows. They were uncomfortable for me and we were a party of two. It was a little unsettling, having three pillows for two people.
Due to our flight being delayed, we arrived around 2 AM and the gentleman at the front desk at this time was very welcoming - I appreciated his warmness and demeanor for the middle of the night. It was also very accommodating when I requested my son’s room, be on the same floor as mine, and he was able to give us adjoining rooms. I was happy to see that there was no carpet in our room. The photos should be updated. Our room was very clean and the front desk was very friendly with all of our needs, including a coffee maker. I wouldn’t exactly call what they offer in the morning “free breakfast.” It’s just coffee, granola bars, and individually wrapped muffins. On a separate day, we also found packets of oatmeal. It was free, but we thought we would have seen a full continental breakfast room. Overall, we had a pretty good stay, and we really couldn’t complain for the rate we paid. Best rate and value in the area and very close to the mall.

Bathroom was small. Floors needed mopped alot better. Could smell others cooking food in their rooms.
Location to our destination. Building was clean in and out. Evening staff was very helpful and she went out of her way to help me out with an issue.

The furnishings were sparse and the mattress lumpy. The TV remote stopped working and nobody seemed to know how to solve the problem. We were on the third floor and the carpeted hallway never got vacuumed. It remained littered with bits of stuff. It seemed like keeping the facility clean was not a priority. There was very little counter space to be able to cook with ease.
The location is good but the area is becoming a little "iffy". The staff was welcoming, especially the young gal on the night shift. The room was good size and the disability shower was wonderful.

I would have preferred more frequent housekeeping. We stayed 10 nights and did not get any cleaning services. The bathroom fan did not work, and my report of this issue apparently did not make it to maintenance. I reserved a studio with 1 king bed, but was given a single queen room. This was not a deal breaker for me, but it would have been nice to get the room I thought I was paying for. Also, it would have been nice to have received advance notice (before check in) that the elevator would not be working.
Impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel. Even though everything seemed dated, it was extremely clean and in good repair. The desk clerks were always helpful and friendly. This was the quietest hotel I can remember ever staying at. We heard no neighbors in adjacent rooms, and only minimal hallway noise when someone was passing by our door.
