Temps were very low and the bed only had a sheet and very thin blanket. The bed was not sturdy and only had 3 pillows. The halls smelled like smoke even though our room was non smoking.

Room was dirty, bathroom had wet towels and dirty counters. I spoke to the manager and she advised she had walked that room and did not see anything dirty. Well I stayed I. The dirty room excise it was late and I was exhausted couldn’t drive home, I was trying to be safe. Front office person had her kids I. The front lobby laid out and some playing and running

I was first moved into a room that had roaches then moved to another room that also had roaches, to be honest the whole place need insect inspection because the amount of roaches i had to kill is unbelievable. And it made my stay uncomfortable

There is only one small tube of shampoo for two people in the room. There is a stove, but it is impossible to cook something. There were no plates, glasses, or pots to cook anything. It says on the website that a coffee maker is available in the room, but there was nothing. even the microwaves. When the receptionist was asked if it was possible to take it, he said that it was impossible. they don't have it available. Dirty bed linen. The lock in the room did not read the card. I only opened it on the 9th attempt.There were cockroaches in the room

I didn't like the roach infestation that was apparent as soon as I entered the room. I didn't like the 2 roaches that somehow found their way onto my chest within the first 5 minutes of me being in bed. I didn't like the way staff was rarely present at the front desk, especially at night. I didn't like the way staff would allow for the front door to be propped open at night to allow people to bypass using a card key to enter. Lastly, I didn't like that I wouldn't have been surprised if the hotel had gotten raided at any moment for drug and/or human trafficking.

This was during the hurricane power outage so it may be better other times, but the parking lot defined sketchy. The common areas were not clean. And there were small bugs everywhere. And the price was far higher than normal.

They did make the most of the space when all of Houston was looking for air conditioned rooms. And the staff were very helpful and accommodating.

EVERYTHING

There were people all over the place all the time, roaches, the floors were super slippery i almost fell, can't even walk inside. insects everywhere. I got there after 5 hours driving and asked the attendant to let me used a bathroom and she said there were no public bathrooms, i had to wait until i got my room to use the one in the room.

During my stay the elevator was down so we had to carry all of our luggage upstairs.

The location is amazing and clean. Its right next to the beltway and surrounded by a ton of great restaurants and clubs.

The people staying there were different. Roaches in room. No microwave as stated on the amenities. Also I paid for an extra day because our power came back and I couldn’t get my any money back. They had time to clean and let someone else stay there

When you walk in it smelled like weed. People were hanging outside , I didn’t feel safe . The bathroom had roaches and the ceiling looked like it had mildew . I had to get a refund and get away from that place .

The only thing ok about the property was the guy at the front desk .
