We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United Statesthere was no elevators which would have made it difficult if I did not tell them I needed a first room floor at check-in because of low mobility even though the rooms were very clean I did notice on our second day that there is blood on the wall when you first enter the room that definitely needs to be cleaned up the swimming pool itself is nice but the pool area could use a lot of update and such as floor repair could use a new roof and there are some damage to the doors that definitely needs to be repaired or replaced .. also I did not like that housekeeping entered our room while we were still checked in for another day
the staff was very nice and kind friendly helpful location was okay even though it was meant to 87 South it was very quiet so that was a bonus she did not hear the outside traffic or the guests in the other room's
