Shabby, run down, not very clean. Peeling paint. Tv broken. No blow dryer. Ice machine broken. Staff was not helpful. Did not care and did not want to hear anything.

It was not clean at all. Bathroom tub was dirty. Wood has spots. Going up to the room there was garbage by the stairs so it always smelled.

The bed was a rock solid spring mattress from probably the 90s, there were stains and hairs all over the bedding, cigarette burns in the blanket that was supposed to serve as a comforter, everything was sticky and visibly just not cleaned very well, the furniture and walls were also busted up and filthy, to top it off there was a used condom left on the floor by the nightstand, just gross

The location

It has a lot of potential, however it’s too dirty and the towels were horrible. But the location was amazing . They also have a mini fridge and a microwave so that was a plus

The room next to me, a woman was screaming, don't touch me, over and over. Finally someone called the police. they arrived and she wouldn't let them in.

Not a whole lot. For $150 a night, I would expect more.

No cockroaches please! No mold in the shower please! Plumbing that didn't drip! Curtains that were falling off! I didn't get wash clothes and all the towels had bleach spots! Help didn't speak English well

The overall experience was bad - mold in showers and bedroom, the front desk guy was on his phone yelling at someone the entire time, sketchy party of the area so people walking around trying to ask for food/money, plus we stayed on the first floor and our sliding glass door was unlocked when we got home from dinner… very sketch. This door leads right to the public road, not safe at all. Just spend a little more to stay elsewhere.

The TV did not work. The entry door to the floor of rooms did not lock and was a security risk.

The bed was comfortable, but the room smelled musty. The bath was difficult to get into the shower.

when I got to the hotel the lady who was helping me was more busy on a video call and doing my check in at the same time when I just want to go to the room, the room it seems clean but floor was dirty beed sheets with holes the pillows under de cover they are super dirty

I believe the only change the sheets and put clean towels in the room, they don't clean them.

The rooms are not clean, sticky floors, sticky end table. Bathroom faucet filthy. If the room was cleaned, it would be a really nice place.

The room was horrible. Not clean, bad odor, moldy chair, broken furniture, dirty pillow cases, no microwave as stated and I checked 3 rooms before settling for the one I stayed in. It was 3am and I had no way to get another hotel and several morning appointments.

not very clean… TV not working…. plug for CPAP machine was hard to find… put me on 2 nd floor & no elevator… had to move rooms & still no working tv… bathrooms were dated & worn!

There wasn't a microwave in the room. The tub looks like a sauna but it wasn't operational and no 7-Eleven nearby

The bed was very comfortable the room was a good size. The concierge was accommodating when the card didn't work.

The rooms weren't quite as nice as what the photos on line reflected. The hotel overall needs renovations. The TV and remotes were old and sort've poorly doctored up so that you could use them. The room didn't have a comfy feel to it. The bed was nice and it was clean, just needs to be updated, needs a new TV with one remote. It's okay; fair but slightly below a mid-level hotel.

The management and service were good. Room was clean.
