Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

IsraelThe pool was cloudy so we weren't able to use it.
Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was heartier that anticipated (but I saw a sign that breakfast would no longer be included in the price). Easy to take skywalk anywhere!

United StatesBreakfast ended at 9:00 a.m., which is a little early and I think 10:00 a.m. seems more reasonable.
Breakfast was great, facility was very clean and staff were very personable. Check in time was very busy, however 3 staff were checking people in and it went quickly.

United StatesThe bartender mostly ignored us when we sat down for a few quick beverages and a snack before heading to our concert. We finally ordered beverages and the $18 martini was just ok. I saw a different person order a martini, and they were served a larger martini glass, which I thought was strange- is there not a standard size? We then had to flag him down to order some food. Chicken tenders and parmesan fries. When we did get his attention again, to order a second drink, he proceeded to stock 2 cases of beer in the cooler, right in front of us. He then decided to make my cocktail and poured it into my dirty glass. That was shocking. Once he delivered the food, which took 25-30 minutes, he never checked in to see if everything was good, even though immediately after trying the parmesan fries we pushed the plate to the edge of the bar, as they were not hot (or even warm) and we would have liked a new order- except he never checked in on us until we flagged him down to get our check. He did take 30% off of our bill and apologized about the parmesan fries. Honestly, I would have understood if the bartender was too busy to give us better service, but I am telling you that the bar rail was less than 25% full at this point. There were no more than 8-10 guests. We also overheard him audibly complaining about the customers he had been serving all day- they were mostly going to the same concert we were- and we was thrilled that he would have his bar closed by the time the concert was over so he "didn't have to deal with those people again." All in all a very disappointing experience at the bar.
Room was great, pool and jacuzzi(s) were great, everything very clean and comfortable. Front desk staff members were helpful and knowledgeable. Loved the earlier check-in time and later check-in times (by industry standards). Underground parking on-site was easy, $30 flat rate for the night- 7ft height limit and very tight though, so our F-150 pick-up truck was a little difficult to navigate, but we made it work. There were alot of great areas to hang out, lounge, get some work done, etc. Great views of the city, great accessibility to US Bank stadium, the Armory, and many bars & restaurants. Free breakfast looked fine- we did not partake, but definitely an added value for those who did.

United StatesPool area was not clean, and hot tubs were not working properly.. pool area seemed to get little or no attention on any of the days I stayed.. Having 2 tiny microwaves down in the main lobby is definitely less than desirable, and for the $ I paid for the room, it should have a microwave in the room at leadt..
