There was no seating areas near the game room. Perhaps a couple of tables or benches on or near the walk way by the game room would be great. My son went inside to play games and I opted to wait outside for him. The only bench was too far away from him near the bar by the pool. In think a couple of outside tables and /or a bench or two would be awesome near the game room for parents.

The resort was great. The only complaints we had were hard pillows and some of the food was pricey for what you were getting. Also, we kind of thought the resort could invest in a better screen for the movie. It was quit small for the size of the cwatching area.

The property is being renovated which is good as it needs a little updating. Last River is amazing but had a lot of leaves and debris in it. Limited food options.

I didn't get to stay more than one night. Now that I know it is there though...

This was spur of the moment. We were going to Six Flags but because of the rain decided to stay overnight and go the next day. We picked your resort because it was close enough but had a lot of things to keep us all occupied. I loved that it had a lazy river and hike trails and a spa and multiple restaurants and etc. and even though it was within the city it didn't feel like it. I loved that the staff was so friendly. Even the housekeeping staff smiled at me and said hi. I liked the security and that not just anyone could get on property.

The driving range was not available during our stay and the reception area was being refurbished. A couple of the restaurants/ bars etc also seemed to be closed. Spa treatments are prohibitively expensive. Also, this seems to be a hotel with a lot of conference events, so maybe not everyone's cup of tea for a holiday

We loved the room decoration that had a real Texan theme and felt very cosy with comfortable beds. All the breakfast dishes were delicious and worth splashing out for. We also loved the pool area, the lazy river and the fact that there was an adult pool area as well. The slide was also great fun!

The service at Charlie’s Long Bar was slow and poor for lunch. Had to go up to the bar to request someone come to our table after waiting awhile when we got there. It was like they didn’t know we were there or that they saw us, and they told us to pick a table to sit at. Then they forgot about us. No napkins or silverware provided until we requested them. We did not get everything with our order that the menu said was included. When I went back up to the bar to tell them what happened, we only got some of what we were supposed to get. The staff was pleasant enough, just didn’t do their job well.

I was very excited to see that there was a Starbuck's location but I was very disappointed when the espresso machine didn't work, and the alternative drink that I wanted was unavailable because there was no syrup. It seemed like everything that I asked for wasn't available. Then I got a bill for a drink that I didn't even like and the cost was twice that of a regular Starbucks. And I was never sure when I needed cash or a card and when I could put something on a room charge. Who carries cash to go out to the pool? I felt like the breakfast tacos and coffee should have been complimentary (within reason) during a holiday stay. Minor inconveniences, but they did take away from a "10" rating. It was also very hard to get a reservation for the Spa. It was booked up long before our stay.

I liked the newly remodeled rooms with the LVP flooring- MUCH better than carpet! The room felt very clean and fresh. All of the staff that we interacted with were extremely friendly and polite. And the maid service was exceptional. The food in Springhouse was great and the wait staff was very accommodating to our 9 month old granddaughter, even when she made a mess. And I liked that there were multiple pools, including an "Adults-only" pool and the "swim-up" bar on the Lazy River. Very nice! My husband and SIL played golf and the course and Pro Shop were wonderful! They had a great experience.

The hotel staff was amazing and the hotel was clean. The entire facility is kid friendly and my kids loved it.
