It looks good at first glance, but it has some little issues that would require more maintenance. Eg: the shower drenage was not working properly, the kitchen cupboards weren't closing, etc. It would have been also good to have a variety of pillows, as they were all super big and hard. The communication with the host wasn't the easiest, and the check-in information they gave us was a bit misleading.

The apartment was big and had everything we needed for a short stay: kitchen amenities, washing machine, etc. The parking was quite practical and big.

Check in was not easy, then once we got in there was no key to enter so it took us almost 2hours for whole check in process until David came with a key. Trash can was too small. We were supposed to head home to Atlanta but my father had a medical emergency and was brought to the ER. It was not a great day.

Location was great. Would have been a lovely stay if not for our situation noted below.

Fridge was not working on our first night, which we told the manager about. I think they had it checked while we were out the following day. The dining chairs could do some cleaning.

The smell of the apartment was weird and strong, there is no storage/place in both showers for product or soap. The guest bathroom cabinet was missing a draw and panel from the cabinet. It wasn't the apartment booked as the staff member didn't have the correct keys. Communication on check in day was poor.

A lot of noice from the street, traffic noice was really disturbing the sleeping, sometimes sounded like traffic was in the bedroom.

The refrigerator in the unit was not working, and the carpet in the main room, especially near the entrance, is old and should be replaced. These issues made the unit feel a bit more worn than expected

The property was overall comfortable, and Mark was very helpful and accommodating during my stay. The location was convenient, and the amenities provided were sufficient for a pleasant experience.

The cleaning staff called us and screamed at us on the phone because they thought we didn't checked out, not letting us talk and hung up in our face. We talked to Chinar and he promised to take care of this and apologized.

The most comfortable and nicest apartments we stayed in. Lots of space, 2 bedrooms, 2 big bathrooms. The highlight were the beds! We didn't want to get out of them. The location was far from Universal Studios but its great for Venice beach and Santa Monica. The laundry machine was free and they even left us tablets for washing. Thank you for this great place!

It wasn’t clear that the address provided was a meeting place. When we arrived at the address given, it confused us. Clarity on parking. Since the title said limited time parking, we were not sure if parking was provided. Suggestion - remove “limited time parking” from the headline. Since the apartment provides parking, no need to say that parking around Santa Monica is limited.

We stayed in 3 bedroom apartment and it was just lovely! Comfortable rooms, spacious apartment, kitchen equipped with all the necessities. The apartment was clean and the location was excellent.

Both restrooms do NOT lock. Just a sliding door for the master and the hall was a regular door. The master bedroom has two beds, f.y.i.( the website did NOT mention). We wanted to have all kids in that room but ended up being the masterroom. Coffee maker is original, NOT Keirig machine. Traffic is noisy at night, bring a radio. Tv is small, but only our kids used it. No foil is available in the kitchen. The heated pool was under construction. There were NO hair dryers available. The ice machine was down on our fridge. I wish the booking.com website had a profile picture along with a background story of the host. I received text messages from a Ciyar, emails/booking from Delnaz and text messages from Monica/Miguel(wife/husband). It was all very confusing. In the end, meeting up with Monica was a relief because she is so nice and resourceful.

We loved the amount of space and access we have within the apartment complex. We had access to the gym,pool(down for mat.), game room(pool table/fusball), which are downstairs, and the two balconies in our apartment. Wi-fi is available(info is on the fridge). It was also nice having samples of shampoos/conditioners/soaps/T.p.The kitchen had all dishes,utensils, paper towels, and dish/hand soaps. You will have access to a free, secured two cars tantrum parking, which we absolutely love. Elevator is approx. 20 steps away. Handicap friendly. Room is located on the 4th floor/elevator works only with remote(remote provided). Ralph's/Frys grocery store is walking distance away but traffic is Kaos so driving is preferred. Monica was so sweet and patient with us. She meet up with us at the strip mall parking lot(near starbucks) to show us the exact location of the apartments(hand us the keys/remotes).
