Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

We were downstairs and one night there were noisy people upstairs, but that was a minor nuisance compared to the positives.
Convenient location for visiting Capitol Reef national park, views of the mountains from the property, great dinner at the restaurant both nights, and good breakfast included.

I did not expect it to be more of a motel versus hotel. Wish they had separate bottles of shampoo and conditioner instead of combo. The room was missing a sign to hang on the door for do not disturb. We asked to have room see skipped in the front office but the room got it so message was not passed on. There was breakfast included but wish there was self service tea station offered throughout the day. Luckily, we were able to get hot water from the restaurant!
Location was great. Most wonderful pancakes for breakfast! Yum! Restaurant on premises offered very good food!

While breakfast was good, the eggs were very watery sometimes and did not taste as well as the rest of the breakfast.
Modern and well furnished room. Got upgraded to a room with balcony with an amazing view. Breakfast with great pancakes!

To be very clear, it's a motel, with parking outside your room entrance. Usual noisy air conditioning, spartan room furniture, leaking faucet in the tube. Breakfast includes hot and cold items + some fruits, good for US standards but not great. Overpriced laundry.
Location perfect for both Torrey town and Capitol Reef NP - on the edge of the town opposite tourist info. Restaurant on site was very handy for both breakfast and evening meal, if you don't expect fine dining of course. Subway nearby to buy to-go lunch to the park. Wi-Fi worked fine. Hard mattress and small pillows - was perfect for me. Did not use the pool but families seemed happy with it.

All was good
Room was large, clean, and comfortable. We had dinner at the hotel and it was good and reasonably priced for what we got. The included breakfast was filling and had all the necessary items (eggs, sausage, pancakes, coffee, etc). We also spent some time by the fire pit talking to some fellow travelers. All in all, a very nice stay and from what I could tell, one of the least expensive places in the area.

We were pleasantly surprised to find such a nice room. It was spacious and clean and comfortable. The in room jacuzzi was fantastic. The onsite Steakhouse had delicious food and a nice breakfast.

I had a really great time at this hotel!! My room was spacious and beautiful for one person, and the breakfast, while not great, provided good fuel for my morning hikes. There were lots of amenities that came free with the stay--pool/hot tub and fire pits. More than I could have asked for!

There's nothing significant to mention here. The breakfast could be improved, but it is in line with the breakfast served by the majority of US hotels.
The view from the room was very nice. We also used the pool and the jacuzzi. The restaurant is very good. We enjoyed the craft beer and the steak.

The disposable plates and silverware at breakfast is not very environmentally friendly.
The breakfast was good and the dinner was very good - it was nice to have a restaurant on-site when travelling around. The facilities were looked after very well, it was nice to walk around the land. The staff members were very friendly, and asked us to put a pin on their map where we were from!
