The room had an unbearable odor, the furniture was stained and dirty in appearance; the molding on the walls was loose and hanging off, the bathroom tub/shower was filthy. I couldn't get a room on the 1st floor because the facility was completely booked and I'm clostrophobic but had to get on the tiny elevator to go to my 3rd floor room. I was terribly disappointed but it was too late to cancel the room.

I did not like the dirty tub, but I brought my own bleach. It says breakfast on the ad, but its old coffee and warm juice and muffins.

drive up convenience. Many truckers so safety was not an issue. A man knocked on my door in the middle of night asking for a lighter. That was terrifying. He saw I was with my husband. Front desk agent was amused by my complaint. He over charged for the room.

When I checked in, we had to wait for them to do a staff changeover, which was OK to go check the rooms. The rooms weren't clean so I had to go downstairs and let them know the beds had stains and the towel were dirty, so I went to the lobby to speak to front desk which his name was Nani very pleasant person easy to communicate with fix all my problems all around great employee just wanted to say thank you for a good great stay ☺️

The walls are paper thin can literally hear the conversation next door through the wall the tub was constantly dripping absolutely no breakfast just juice and coffee but and had a random man banging on my door around midnight and when I asked if I can help him he said wrong room I don't know where he went after that

The shower was broken. Most of the water came out the lower faucet. The pillows were uncomfortable. Could just be my preference though. The fridge was missing a leg. We couldn’t put any liquids in there unless it had a lid because the whole thing rocked when we opened the door. Not a very good selection for breakfast and the juice machine was not working most of the time.

I walked in to my room and there was fresh red blood all over the sheets and pillows. They told me they would only swap out the bedding for me.. then they gave me a new room. Did not apologize and just basically told me they can’t offer me anything for the inconvenience.

The Tv wasn't working in the first room. They didn't want to change the room at first and the 2nd wasn't very clean seen bugs in the room and bathroom
