Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United StatesBreakfast would have been great. But the problems were slippery bathtub, no ADA shower, ants on counter top by coffee maker, toaster. And we were expected to take out our own trash when we were being charged over $300 cleaning fee. For that amount, I expected better. And one light bulb was not functioning over the dining area. Also the parking space was far from the unit. Had to walk far in the rain.
No breakfast was included.

United Statesnothing not to like. but would have loved some improvements on the AC front. It would get hot and humid at night. A couple of the table fans didn’t work. The ancient PC in there needs to be retired. there was no cable TV. but none of the above mentioned were absolute deterrents. I still had a good stay.

United StatesThe unit was very dated. The listing said that the unit had A/C. However, it was a window unit, and the air never reached the master bedroom which made it very hot to sleep in. The property was not very child friendly. The pool is extremely small, and the beach is very rocky. Also, the property management team onsite was not very friendly.
The location and view were wonderful. Liked that this unit was ground floor and had a beach view.

United StatesMinor adjustment as we are used to air conditioning and it was warmer than usual. The airflow from the air conditioner was great for the living room but didn't reach the bedroom and the return air heated up the balcony so we seldom used it and mostly opened up the unit to the breezes.
This property is a great value in Maui. It has a very easy check-in and the overall stay was wonderful. We loved the nice touch of the Hawaiian goody bag which had things we really enjoyed trying and were helpful. The unit was well stocked and the space and property were well maintained. It is a bonus when you can both see and hear the ocean from your unit.

United StatesUnit was not ocean facing as was advertised on the site! I spent the first two days talking to vacasa customer service trying to find a different property. While they were responsive and ended up reimbursing for the disappointment and for spoiling the vacation, I would not book in island sands resort again.
