We had requested a 3 bedroom and when arrived we were given a 2 bedroom. Two of our party had to sleep on air mattresses which was not ideal.

Location was easy to get too and close to everything, pools were nice after a long day on the beach, and friendly, helpful staff. The unit had beach chairs and umbrella which were handy.

The beds were hard and uncomfortable and the sheets and towels were like tissue paper. Otherwise it was lovely!

Great location and super nice staff! Beautiful sunsets as well, great view on the patio of the ocean.

Super spot on the ocean tucked away from traffic with excellent recreation facilities and close to amenities. Our condo was well appointed except for beach chairs and an umbrella.

Charge for air conditioning and room did not cool properly.

Our condo unit is very dated. The bathroom really needs to be modernized. The kitchen was missing full sets of dishes & utensils. There was only one rusty beach chair which was disappointing. A few cleaning supplies for the bathroom would have helped as we only learned after arrival that cleaning service was not included. Other condos in the complex are better managed by the individual owners and or their property managers.

The location is fantastisch and the gardens with 3 pools and BBQ, we’re lovely.

If I HAD to mention one thing, it’s barely worth mentioning but a new dishwasher and washing machine would serve this unit well. The dishwasher didn’t clean the dishes well and had a terrible oder so I ended up doing quite a bit by hand ( which I would say is not what I want to spend my vacation doing lol ) and the washer didn’t really get my clothes clean, even just a few things at a time. And some simple tide pods, salt and pepper on hand so we don’t have to go shopping right away would be a nice touch. Thanks for the dishwashing stuff, that helped. All this to say I would stay again in a heartbeat but these were the things that crossed my mind and thought I would give for feedback. No actual complaints at all. We were comfortable and blessed for such private quarters and facilities

Quiet and peaceful, we were blessed to face the ocean and listen to the waves 24/7. Location is perfect, private so only others that were staying there shared the complex, so it felt safe and worry free. Loved the pools, hot tubs and Sunsets, sunsets, sunsets 💕

No air conditioning in a $700,000+ condo? No other unit with AC was available for 2 days. To move rooms would have cost another $275 cleaning fee.

Location was great and convenient. Spacious condo with great ocean view. Had east AND west facing decks.

We felt the towels and sheets could have been changed by the maids at least once during our 10 day stay. Many of the facilities in room and for communal use were out of date or in need repair. For example one hot tub only warm and tennis courts/pickleball needed surfaced and painted. Some extra items could have been added to the kitchen. The property staff were super friendly and worked with us to switch units when we discovered our 1st unit was very outdated in need of tlc and beds were worn out. The floors were dirty and needed washed better. The first unit had television that was about 30 years old and none of the tv’s synchronized with the remotes. The automatic ice and filtered water on refrigerator door did not work. Additionally the ceiling fan in master bedroom was broken. Also was a $30 a day extra charge for air conditioning.

The location, the staff were very accommodating and friendly, and views.

Took two elderly people forever to figure out the appliances. Never got any ice. Coffee filters were wrong fit for coffeemaker. Had guests for few days. Extra bed took a day to find and difficult to set up. Comfortable but corners stuck out into traffic. My shins still hurt. Some directions would have helped a lot

Power went out on two of the nights for a couple hours. Multiple days there were power truck and employee of the castle parked in our parking spot. There was paving going on, but that wasn’t going on in our area.

huge stain on mattress in master bedroom, remote didn't work in main bedroom batteries had exploded in remote. lots of dust on blinds

internet is very slow, the tv is not working as I expected; the beds are not very comfortable; you have to pay extra costs for the A/C when you asked for since when you booked the rooms, it did not mentioned whether you want to have A/C in the unit or not.
