No coffee pot in the room. Using the shower set off the smoke detector everytme you opened the door. It was a smoking room, yuk.

Some of the surfaces you frequently touch - microwave, refrigerator, TV remote - felt a bit sticky, suggesting they might need a more thorough cleaning.
Check-in was pleasant. Staff were friendly and helpful. The bed was roomy and comfortable. Staff cleaned the room every day of my 5 day stay - fresh towels, clean sheets, etc. That doesn't happen in many motels now.

Ice maker was not working at the time.
Read the reviews prior to booking and everyone said it was very clean. The room was very clean and everything worked properly.

Biggest complaint… i am disabled and requested numerous times through their message system prior to my stay to have a first floor room. No elevator to the second floor and i can’t do stairs. They had no first floor room for me when i arrived. Said they were full and couldn’t change me to a first floor room. I was on the second floor. Due to this I was going to go to another motel. Completely unacceptable as I sent 4 messages to the motel office prior to my stay. Being disabled needs to be taken seriously by motels like this particularly with no elevator. but a friend who was also staying there was kind enough to change rooms with me as she had a first floor room.
There for a dog show. Grounds were clean, despite some lazy customers not picking up after their dogs. Room was clean. Bed was ok. Not great. Room was cleaned daily but employees with fresh towels and trash emptied. A coffee maker should be included in the room as the office is a separate building away from the motel. Office staff were quick to respond to 2 issues i had, air conditioning not working and fire alarm beeping. Impressed with their quick response and easy fixes. No toiletries or tissues. We didn't ask for them because we had our own, but maybe they would have provided if we had.
Our second stay here. Best value in town. Very clean, check in was easy, and great location for us. Our room was very basic, and had a mini fridge and coffee maker. We asked for an extra pillow and they provided one.

Didn't have time to see the trails.
We always get a wonderful greeting from the people here when we check-in. I love their customer service skills. They also let us know all the places to eat at and tour. Lovely manners for us older folks. And thank you for having a microwave and a small fridge. We really appreciate this.

The bathtub drain was slow, and the toilet was low for my wife.
The lady that checked us in was the most pleasant staff that I have experienced in a long time.

Bed was very firm, no toiletries in the room, on the expensive side for a Motel 6, no blanket on the bed and heater didn't maintain temperature very well so I got chilly over night.
Good location, facilities were well maintained, the room was updated and clean, staff were friendly, towels were decent, mini fridge with freezer compartment in room, walk-able to a few restaurants including a breakfast place next door.
