Skimpy on towels, lighting in bathroom awful, bathtub needs replacement . Wish I could have pulled back drapes to see out window but were tacked down. Breakfast was not appealing. I ordered a handicapped room, but when I got there it was not available, but provided ground floor.

Reasonable $ for Overnight stay. Clean. Good refrigerator and coffee maker. Beds small but comfortable, pillows too. Hardwood floors I like that. Hair dryer nice

The location was decent. A little hard to maneuver around to get there. It was nice that they had a Denny’s on the property, which was great. The toilet needs replacing. The bed was comfortable. The rooms are not insulated very well and you could hear all the noises from adjoining rooms. The staff was just OK or mediocre. But the value was still good. I didn’t stay for breakfast as I rarely do when I’m traveling.

No problems with staff, the tub drained very slowly, and was old and not very “Handicapped friendly”. The ice machine was broken as was the washer and dryer. Also, the Dennys Restaurant on property was closed due to remodeling. It would have been nice to know these things upon checking in. The best thing was the place was clean & they allow pets.

The room they put us in was right behind the Denny’s. They had a very early delivery and it was very loud. My sister and I were on this trip together and that corner was very dark for two women who are traveling alone.

The bathroom was incredibly small. You had to walk in and turn around and shut the door to use the facilities. The shower head was very low for anybody over 5 foot five. The floors were cleaned with some type of stain material and it made my feet brown on the bottoms. other than that, the place was clean and comfortable.

I don't know why I had to put two deposits down. When I extended my stay by 2 days. I stayed in the same room. But the lady said cause I was adding more days, I had to put another $100 deposit. I have never had that happen before, or have I heard of this happening. I work in the hotel industry, and when clients extend the stay. They don't get charged another deposit fee. I even explained to the lady. I was paying for a room for someone I can't keep paying deposits just to stay extra days. This is why she didn't stay longer and now at another hotel.

Breakfast was good. The area which we stayed in the back was awesome, clean. The front, next to Denny's was dirty, it could be cleaned up. Above all we really like the area .not to noisy, no homeless around

Original room had no refrigerate and was told it did not come with one. Needed one for medications. They changed our room but they did not have another available with a King bed. Refrigerator was not cold.

Our door was really hard to open, like it had been forcefully opened and damaged previously. The food on offer for breakfast was not very good. Two sweet breakfast cereals and there was only white bread for toast. Not good for the health conscious. I would stay here again if I was to come back to the fiesta, but would bring my own breakfast items

Even though the price was more expensive than usual because of the balloon fiesta, it was one of the more affordable options compared to other motels. It was reasonably close to the fiesta. Large room and the layout was good with the bathroom and separate sink configuration.
