the breakfast and the bathroom needs to fix up the bath tub had no bath mat and there was a ring around the bottom of tub. There was wash clothes missing .

Breakfast was alright , despite that they had no power due to an accident down the street where they knocked down a power line , it wasn't they fault , but I think a building that big should have a spare generator just in case something like that happens again , so I was lucky to get a cup of coffee and were still hot !

Did not like the mattress, did not like that the light in the bathroom was not separate from the light over the sink outside the toilet/shower area.

No real negatives. Oh maybe a bit noisy as we were on the side facing the highway. Still we got a good nights sleep.

The elevator sounded as if it needed repair. It also needed cleaning. Our room was ok. It was much smaller than other La Quinta hotels we have stayed at. I am older and have mobility issues our room was 4th floor and down long hallway. The bathtub in our room was clogged they called repair man and was fixed quickly. But then the tub needed cleaning. It was just little things that just add up. I would not recommend this location when thinking back on KY stay.

It was great being close to so many things/ activities. Breakfast was great. The staff was friendly. The Breakfast room attendant was awesome she was always helpful and had a greeting for everyone and a smile. The cleaning staff also friendly and helpful.

The common areas were not taken care of, including very slow elevator. We also had to get down to the lobby to get towels. These findings are not compatible with the prices charged.

The room had a comfortable bed, great shower and good enough space. Free self-parking was helpful as well.

The pool wasn't as clean as expected. We arrived an hour early and although we knew we might not get our room, we had to use a bathroom and was told there wasn't one we could use even after it was confirmed they had our reservation. There was a water leak from the ceiling in the hall outside our room and a small bucket to catch the water kept being moved and there were no signs cones or warning of the leak. The hotel ran out of water (none what so ever not even a drip) caused by something that they didn't know why. I can't blame the hotel, it might have been something out of their control since there was heavy construction next to the hotel

Hit water tasted like coffee. Most hotels get this wrong. They put hot water in a container that used to have coffee in it. It makes the water taste like coffee & taints the tea. Server got me fresh water from red handled spigot on a coffee machine in the kitchen.

Breakfast was good, with eggs, meat, cereals, pastries, yogurt and fruit & also fruit juices, tea & coffee.
