Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

Location seems a little run down. Businesses next door are all closed up and starting to go into disrepair

I hated that they allowed pets to stay and any size. That’s the last thing I want to see and hear when spending $$$$ at a hotel.

We didn't quite make it to breakfast in time it was closed at 9:00 a.m., would have been nice if breakfast was be extended until 9:30.. our mistake, we thought it was until 9:30. Other than that it's a great facility

We had a good stay at this hotel. It was not far to downtown Coeur D'Alene, shops and restaurants. The breakfast was good with a variety of options to choose from. Good parking.

Lovely hotel with friendly staff. We were traveling with dogs, and no lower floor rooms were available, so clerk worked hard to find us a room right by the elevator on the 3rd floor. Breakfast was very good.

When we tried to check out there was no one at the front and no button to press. While I recognize they intend for some self service with phones, not everyone has the means and I would feel more comfortable handing my room keys to a person.
The woman who checked us in was awesome! Very informative and quick. The room was super clean and the beds were very comfy. The pool and hot tub were great and the breakfast was super nice. Lots to eat and well maintained.

I have no complaints.
The staff was extremely kind and helpful. The pool area was clean and stocked and open 24 hours. The room was spacious and very clean and well decorated. I will absolutely be returning to this location.

Breakfast was good, but not really too much of a selection, so that was a bit of a bummer (and it was the same food two days in a row - so after not being thrilled with the options the first day, we were subjected to the same thing the second day). The hot tub was fixed the day of our arrival, but even on the day we were checking out (two days later), the hot tub was still lukewarm. Though, I acknowledge this is not the hotel’s fault. I’m always disappointed when housekeeping doesn’t visit on a two-day stay. Refreshed towels and a done-up bed would have been nice to come back to after a long, tiresome day.
It was in a convenient location and it was such a nice, clean facility. All of the staff we came in contact with were super friendly, and they played some good tunes on the lobby and elevator - a pleasant surprise!

Toilets are too low.....could be a liability for seniors. They need to be changed out. It was very difficult for my husband to sit down on it and get up.
