United StatesThe bathroom was dirty. The tub didn’t drain at all while taking a shower. It just filled up with water. There was pubic hair all on the toilet. The door in the bathroom was stained. The coffee maker didn’t work. The microwave had broken knobs. The room smelt like cigarettes.
The beds were comfy and the staff were super friendly.

NetherlandsI booked thru booking.com for 2 nights which they said one night only and if I wanted to stay another night I had to pay another 100. I showed them I paid and booked and they told me I couldn’t stay longer and had to check out or pay. It caused me a lot of stress Very unclean and not safe the windows literally fell on the floor from the woman next to me.

United StatesThe interior of the the room needs to be upgraded. The Tub needs to be reglazed instead of DIY, the grout around and inside tub needs to be done over, the mattress need to be replaced all kind of spots on it, and the sink was stopped up, maintenance poured Drano in it but it still was stopped up. The maids were bug-a-boo’s, they came by the room @ 9:48am, asking if we needed service while my family and I were in the bed resting and a second time at 10:46am, what the heck man, We felt rushed , not a good feeling. The hotel should have provided “Do not disturb” signs, that’s unusual for a hotel not too!!!
The exterior of the property was really nice and clean, the staff provided great customer service. I liked that they used Dove products.

United StatesThe carpet in second floor and stairways was in horrid shape very filthy first room I was put in carpet was filthy TV didn't work bathroom sink was clogged up bathroom stunk like puke next room I was moved to reeked of cigarette smoke and some one had spread carpet deodorizer powder on carpet and left it bathroom light did not work. I was about to just leave but was finally put in a clean nice room bonethe lights by the bed didn't work. Will never stay there again.
