Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United StatesRoom felt outdated. No chair or desk to get any work done. No coffee maker inside the room. Even crappy hotels have coffee makers on their room
Good location close to the convention center

United StatesThe facility is older. There is no security and so people smoke weed and cigarettes heavily in the hallway. It’s a pretty gross smell when you are traveling with kids.
It’s a good price. Very helpful staff and they clean your room every day.

United StatesThe room was one of the best as far as. Nice. But, no view, the pool closed to early and opened too late. Got lost trying to find our room. The hotel was pretty far from anywhere. Forcing you pay for taxis. Out of all the casinos had the worst odd. Literally taking all their customers money, without any incentives.

United StatesI was really upset to find out that this hotel is "pet friendly". If I had taken my son, I would have had to ask for a refund and find a new hotel. some people are really really really allergic to dogs. a pet friendly hotel should have pet friendly rooms, not every single room might have had a dog. some dog ate part of the wall and my friend was suffering from an allergic reaction. I did not know about this until after I paid for my hotel.
location, stores in hotel, band was wonderful

United StatesThe Hotel didn't have enough entertainment lounges. The prices of food are high.
The rooms were good. The front desk staff were very pleasant. It was easy to maneuver around the casino floor, and everything was convenient to get to. I would recommend this hotel to friends and family.

United StatesThe room was run down and dirty. I normally wipe down any hotel with clorox wipes and when wiped the dresser tops..the wipes were filthy as if the room wasnt cleaned properly. My mattress was lopsided as well. There was also issues with central elevators on sat, which took at least 30 min to wait finally have one arrive then another 30 min to get to our floor due to stopping for no reason on each floor…this happened twice to us that day.
The casino was clean and the food court had good food. Employees were nice and attentive. The concert venue was amazing and would def come back for future concerts.

United StatesNo ventilation system for smoke. It is everywhere. In other hotels in LV you can walk the perimeter of casinos and never smell the cigarette smoke. Also had to call for a new iron, as the one in the room was broken and leaking water. Housekeeping was most accommodating! Had no hot water for showers OR heat the last evening or following morning?! No resolution there. The shower head was plastic and fell off mid shower.
Location is best for attending the LVCC. Easy access to LVCC skywalk is perfect and get reach all halls without needing to go outside if weather is too hot, cold, inclement.
