Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

We booked two rooms and they both smelled musty (possibly moldy). No ventilation in the restrooms. Very minimal equipment in the fitness room.
Location was convenient for our family. Warm breakfast was included with our room. Friendly staff. Free parking. Plenty of closet space.

Quality of bed could be improved . I purchased a memory foam topper to make it tolerable . It’s time to replace it . The breakfast was very limited. The pancake machine could be replaced with waffle maker and I think everyone would be happy . Varying what is served as the main course would make the breakfast better also . Mix it up 😊
Staff excellent. Very accommodating and friendly. Housekeeping is excellent at their job. Felt remote yet close to all freeways and easy to get places with the exception of the construction. Other guests very friendly and it started to feel like home .

The room was a bit damp and humid. Would have liked non-sweetened cream for coffee (not powdered).
Ezra, the guy who checked us in, was a great. The beds were comfortable. Decent selection of breakfast items. Very attractive breakfast room. Overall, very pleasant.

Could not see the lake from our lake-view room. Not a big deal for us, but I believe we paid a little extra for the view.

Our room smelled like a smoker had stayed there previously. It needed to be air out more.

Some guests had noisy little ones but it was mostly quiet. The grounds need a lot of work they're mostly dirt. They're is a little lake but no grass or landscaping, just a dirt lot.

There were shutters on the window and they did not help block out the light so at 530 I was awake after having a late night I just needed more sleep weird that was no fan in the bathroom
The bed was clean and comfortable very friendly staff they let me do an early check in the view from our window was nice it overlooked Tanner Lake

Street noise.
The room was nice, bed comfy once you got into it. Very pet friendly! They even have poop bags and a safe place to walk your pet.

Day staff are super friendly; the night manager is efficient but could be a little more welcoming and customer-friendly. I know it’s the night shift but still. Room 423 has an unpleasant odor.

Room carpet was visibly clean however, sticky to walk on and ruined socks. Room carpets require a deep cleaning.

Access was a little bit strange. We did need to backtrack to get there even with our GPS.

The clothes dryer was making a HORRIBLE noise, and I went to the front desk to ask about that. I was told that was normal. I expressed my concern again over the helacious noise, but was assured it was because my load wasn't very large....which was NOT true. As it turned out, several of my sister's garments ended up with black streaks on them, and 2 pairs of sleeping shorts had small holes. Upon inspection AFTER the load was dry, we found a piece of the dryer's padding IN with her clothes, and looked to see what we could see inside the dryer. It was off center, with a piece of the tumbler lining missing, allowing the tumbler to pinch clothes as they went past it. We took everything to the front desk right away, showing what had happened, and the same desk person said she would report the problem. Evidently she did NOT, because when we did laundry a few days later, that dryer was still in operation, and had MELTED someone else's shirt we saw inside of it!!! We reported that to a different desk worker as we checked out. He seemed very upset that the dryer hadn't been taken out of commission or fixed.
It was all convenient...the breakfasts were great...the location was perfect for my needs...it had washer and dryer...

Bed was not very comfortable They were doing a phone update so they woke us up before 6 am on Friday and woke us once again on Friday night after 11 pm. Seems like they could have figured out a better way to inform us of this
