Carpets and bathrooms need better cleaning. Heating/cooling units aren’t great.

We love the location and having the town/beach right there. Parking is easy. I seemed to be in a more updated room and it was great. Love that I had a smart TV and my room was spacious.

We have stayed at the Marine Village Resort several times before. You cannot beat the location. Walk right out of your room and in less than 5 minutes you are in the center of Lake George Village. Their location right on Lake George is also a win win. Go down to the lake from your room takes a minute. In the morning go for a seat on a sand chair and watch the sunrise. We had a very nice stay!

The check-out time was 11 AM. I requested the staff to extend the check- out time, but they didn't.

The location was perfect…walking distance to town! Rooms were clean and more spacious than other Lake George motels we have stayed at. There is a great beach area, fire pits and plenty of lounge chairs

Room condition during this stay not what one would expect.

Resort location- Great. Walkable to most everything. Beach front property with pool and great view of lake. Lakeside King room very small. Our friends had a two king corner Lakefront second floor room which was way more spacious. Both Rooms included a Frig, microwave and coffee maker and the bed was comfortable. Upon entering our room, #26 there was a heavy smell of Fabulosa cleaner but the room otherwise appeared neat and clean. We left for several hours and when we returned, the fabulosa smell had subsided revealing what I would describe as urine/ ammonia smell which was especially prominent near the vanity area. That smell really never subsided. Carpet also in need of cleaning. ( who carpets rooms at a beachfront resort) Thankfully we spent little time in the room other than to sleep. To be fair, Had the condition of the room been better, I would rate it 9/10. The young lady who checked us in was polite and friendly. Did not have any other interaction with staff Great little coffee shop and restaurant across the street at the Marriot

No complaints really, maybe the lack of outlets in the room, and I would recommend a lock on top of the door. As a family with small children. They were able to open the door completely on their own, I’d feel safer if there was a top lock

Sooooo close to the lake George strip. Private beach and pool. Very convenient and in walking distance of everything Very ideal place to stay with kids. Very very clean and super friendly staff

While the clean room was very much appreciated, the smell of cleaning products was overwhelming to the senses. For a lakeside room, there were no towel hooks for hanging wet bathing suits and towels in the bathroom. The pillows were way too soft and flimsy. The tv had 2 remotes and was a little tricky to start up and launch the cable guide.

We booked only 5 days before our stay and could not have been happier Marine Village was available at a very reasonable price. The location was excellent for walking to all points in Lake George village. The beach area was spacious and extremely well maintained. The pool was very clean, and the patio area had plenty of chairs and tables. The room was clean and appeared to be recently updated with modern flooring.
