FinlandThe rooms in the lower floors have mattresses that are old and would need replacing.. very soft and worn down in the middle. Also do not appreciate that the breakfast service does not start until 6.30 - no flexibility. A big hotel chain, big rules.. i have stayed now 7 times in Pullman and this will be the last. Lots of competition around..

JamaicaThe main drawback was that the hotel places a hold of US$100 per night on guests’ debit/credit cards. More than a week after our first check-out, the held amount had not yet been released. We raised the issue at the front desk and were advised that the hotel typically submits the request for the bank to release the hold upon check-out. We were also informed that it can take up to seven days for local banks to process the reversal, and up to a month for international banks. This was inconvenient, especially for guests using international debit cards, and not having access to their funds, for such and extended period.
The room was clean, well maintained, and visually appealing, which made it comfortable to return to at the end of the day. I The hotel’s location was convenient, especially with the complimentary airport shuttle service, which made arrivals and departures much easier. The Airpark Plaza is also within walking distance of the hotel, less than ten minutes away. There you can find clothing stores, including Burlington Coat Factory, as well as Burger King, Subway, and a Publix supermarket. I also liked the waterfall feature over the pool and the beautiful sunsets over the lake and pool in the evenings.

Germany- the hotel overbooked specific room categories and needed to "downgrade" us to a worse room (compensation was only offered after expressing the desire for it; in the end the hotel invited us for complimentary dinner at the hotels restaurant) - beds/mattresses were saggy - rooms are clean but fairly outdated and definitely need some updates - staff needed to hand out vouchers to guests who have breakfast included in the rate; sometimes there were no more vouchers available at the reception and this caused some troubles/delays in handling the situation

FranceUpon arriving after a 15 hour journey past 10pm, we were handed a room key for a room that was already occupied. Once this was fixed and after 10 more minutes, we finally made it into a room. I left suitcases to be kept for a few hours behind the counter, and was surprised that I was able to pick them up without the staff checking on the ticket.
Nice size room, comfortable beds and a good standard bathroom with good water pressure. I also enjoyed the lake view. I enjoyed sitting in the bar area downstairs, it is comfortable, bright and pleasant. Good and frequent airport shuttle, with very cheerful staff, which is always appreciated! This is a really good option when you arrive in Miami in the late afternoon or evening, before you go elsewhere...
