Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United StatesI read the reviews before making reservations and a lot of them claimed they didn’t have their own room key to their room. I couldn’t understand how that was possible but sure enough when we got checked in we were handed a key…that didn’t work…and had to go back to lobby for a rekey but instead the front desk walked up to our room and opened our door with the master key Informing us that we’d just have to come to the front desk to be let in our room if needed. it also seemed as if there were multiple long term rentals hanging outside of their room throwing party’s. didn’t feel very safe especially with not having our own key to our own room. the locks definitely need updated

United Statesokay so the photos you are are nothing like the place at all! first not to be picky but every room only gets 2 pillows! that may not be a big deal so some but to others who need more then one pillow but with your partner, it’s inconvenient. plus the other people there do not care what time it is, children are screaming all hours of the night. there is no breakfast like the amenities say, there is no vending machine or ice buckets. the door was bent so the bottom was still partially open! all in all it’s cheap but yet the price is still too high for it.

No breakfast itchy sheets like they never clean them at all disgusting room I ever had. Def not worth the money you should never stay here. Did I mention the workers hair was on the bed ew. Fridge and microwave were dirty and mole filled.

United StatesWe did not have 24/7 customer service.The room had a tv that didn't work, the smoke detector was on the bed along with mice droppings. The room was dirty, smelly and didnt have a refrigerator, microwave, internet nor phone. Animals were allowed which caused my allergies to act up. Talked to the front desk on Friday night 10 minutes after check in. She came to the room and stated that she would talk to management. We went to a function, returned and was not able to enter back into the room. We made every attempt to contact the property, was unsuccessful

United StatesI booked a King room when I got there they gave me a double bed which are not very comfy. The room was so so clean you could smell the bleach like they just got done cleaning up a crime scene in there. Then to make matters worse there where kids running around the halls screaming till after 1am.
The gentleman checking us in was Friendly.
