Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United StatesRooms where smelly and not clean as they should be , other peoples hair was all over at night people where yelling and talking loud , I heard the front desk lady tell the person to get out or she was calling the police so to me they are not watching who is coming in or out! I stayed at other hotels / motels and they have breakfast in the morning , this site had nothing at all only two pots of coffee ! Sad for what I paid for but lesson learned, don’t stay at motel 6 in Orlando!

United StatesI have never been to a hotel where I had to dispose of my own trash and walk it to the dumpster. We didn’t have any bath towels at all in the room and no toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, etc). I had to ask for that.

United StatesSome of the staffs were really not in the mood. They seemed to be pisses to be there. The place is sketchy and smells like weed all over. Doesn’t feel safe. So I wouldn’t stay alone.
I liked some of the staff. And i love the fact that there’s no carpet. Most of the old hotels there in Orlando have them.

United StatesWhere to start - the police are a constant at property, it should be a sub- station, the elevator jams, the vending machines don’t work, it smells like the south end of a north bound skunk from all the drug smoking and lack of cleaning, the beds are the cheapest find on Amazon and slide across the dirty floors, hard to tell the difference between the towels and the toilet paper they are both thin and poorest of quality, the place is so full of roaches they wear name tags, its pet friendly but they allow unfriendly pets that bark all night, or maybe the barking was the guest that have taken up permanent residents- other than a few other items it’s as pleasant and refreshing as a cup of boiling water in Hell
Nothing to like

CanadaWhen we got there our room had roaches crawling all over. Within 5 mins I killed about 7. The smell of the room was unpleasant as well. It was not cleaned properly and stains on the wall ,the ceilings and the side of the beds. You couldn't work barefoot in the room even if you wanted to. I had to adk them for a broom to sweep the room myself.Additionally, the TV was not working at all. It was a mess all around. Although they changed the room for us ( thanks), There were still roaches, and the ac was unclean as it left marks in the ceiling when it was on.
The staff tried their best to rectify the issues that continuously arrised and was very pleasing throughtout the stay.

RussiaI was happy to find the stay at my dates because the closest available hotel was $450 more expensive. That said, the room was filthy: the smell was not nice, the floor was dirty, the TV was not there (they installed a new one when I complained). The wifi was dropping often, and the toilet had a minor leak (also fixed the next day). The roaches were everywhere. They came to fix the A/C when I was not in the room, unannounced. I honestly thought I was being robbed. The garbage outside had raccoons, so that was kinda cute. There were some dog owners, some weird people, smell of smoked grass everywhere, but for that price I did not care much. The front desk were very matter of fact about everything: they understand what kind of place they run and expect you to understand that too: get in cheap, and go about your business. Don’t expect nothing. The bed sheets were clean though and they changed the towels too when required. Some ladies at the front desk were nicer than in Mariott, so that was a pleasant surprise. They do have a laundry room. Overall great value at great location and that trumps everything.
Location is excellent, with nice hotels around, and the price is a steal - paid $500 for a “double deluxe” room for 8 nights on Christmas. It can be a great value but they cut corners.

United StatesI did NOT stayed at Motel 6. I made the reservation but when I got there the Front desk person (she said she was also the manager), had very bad attitude and did not let myself to stay in the reception room (I’m 72 years old) waiting for the checking time (30 minutes away). I’m not from Orlando!
