People and kids running up and down the staircase rattling the exterior wall very annoying for a few hours floor was filthy nasty socks and bare feet turned black the ice machine wasn't working tv remote was really cheesy and time on the TV was off by an hour and 4 minutes the front desk clerk made everything comfortable

Non-smoking room reeked of smoke. I asked for a transfer to a new room, but that one reeked of smoke as well. Stayed here last week and the room I was in was great...

Staff are always friendly, spacious rooms. had issues the 1st night in 205, but they quickly switched us to a new room.

The rate I was promised by booking.com was not the rate they were going to charge me. I had to show the clerk the quoted rate to receive it.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortably, the shower was hot... those are the things I want.

I like absolutely nothing about this property. Everything looks shady dirty disgusting the worst part about this short-lived experience I didn’t even get to check in. We came all the way from Missouri to work booked a room and when we got there, they gave our room away. What’s the point of booking a room just to give it away and then he had the audacity to tell me that he wouldn’t charge us a cancellation fee I wasn’t gonna pay that anyways because they gave our room away, but he was missing the whole point. We had nowhere to go and he decided to give our room away. How does that even happen whenever you book a room, I thought the whole point of booking a room, is that you have a room secured when you get there, but no he did that to not only us but this lady before us i’m gonna file a complaint as well

Found drug paraphernalia, methamphetamine in the room which we brought to the on staff attention that staff came to the room video recorded these findings which he also seen with his own eyes along with my fiancé and I and then staff stated he would comp us what we paid with an additional 6.00$ back to our bank card along with move us to s different room. What he ended up doing was double charging our card. He told my fiancé and I they had issued with someone being in that room when not allowed previous, and that he would speak with his boss and for us to reach out to management the next day and to contact booking.com about the charges. When my fiancé did reach out to the management the next day he was told that there were no such things found in this room and that we were the ones using these drugs and paraphernalia. He was rude and disrespectful and expect a call from the owners about this. His name was cody.the one we contacted the following day who said he was the manager. We were planning to stay with this motel for work. Our car is on its last leg, we are to get married in a few weeks, and travel cross country to our long term living area. So every cent matters.
