Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

Generally I had no issues with the property other than that the guest above us every rime they simply walked across the floor it sounded like loud thumping or everytime something was dropped on the floor it was very loud. As a side note - and Im not complaining about the service , it was great- employees really shouldn’t come to work sick. I know staff issues are often difficult and many people cant afford to take off, but customers often have health issues that make exposure to sick employees a real concern. Again my experience with the staff was great despite their being obviously ill, but if at all possible most customers prefer not to be knowingly exposed to sick employees for many obvious reasons if at all possible.
Clean, comfortable beds. Very good breakfast. The cook, Joe , was very friendly and helpful. The food was also exceptional.

Our room was supposed to be twos queen beds for 3 people. We had a king bed with a foldout couch. Not very comfortable. Fine for a foldout but not what we wanted.

The people across the hall and some of the surrounding rooms were very loud. This is 100% not the hotel's fault. Unfortunately we were on the 1st floor which can be more noisy also. But this is to be expected since we booked at the very last minute.
The staff, the breakfast, and the cleanliness of the hotel. The rate we paid was a fair rate also.

There was a bug located on the wall and I did report it to the front desk. I killed the bug.
The young man that was on duty Thursday, December 26,2024 was so helpful. My sister had outpatient surgery that day and we had to stay in town due to the distance we traveled to Orangeburg. Immediately after entering the building her pressure dropped and she was unable to walk to the room. The young man assisted me in getting her to the room. I should not have done it without his assistance. I will always be grateful to him.

I only had 1 trash can. I would suggest putting another one in the bathroom.

Everything with the hotel was exceptional the breakfast area just wasn’t tidy and could have been a little cleaner

Nothing but the price could be less.
The breakfast bar was well stocked with lots of choices for any diet. Coffee was great and plentiful. Rooms were spacious and clean. No hidden odors with cleaners or sprays.

Bedside light did not work and desk clerk said there was no one there who could fix or or replace the bulb. There was no regular coffee in the room though desk clerk said I could come to desk for some which I did. Then came back to room to realize there was only one coffee cup and we were two people.

We got the last king size room but it was handicap accessible, a bit inconvenient for us
Clean facility, extremely friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast exceeded expectations. Very convenient to get a load of laundry done in one hour
