Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United StatesSports book for horse racing is poor, especially seating. Dinner food at restaurant was poor. Parking is excellent. Beds in room were bad, They need to rotate or replace.
Breakfast at restaurant was very good, dinner food was fair. Slots were fair but waitresses were really great serving drinks. Staff at the reservation desk were awesome. Very helpful.

AustraliaThere could be a couple more options for easy snack like canteen food in the hotel. But we were only there for one night so this was only a minor thing for us.
I would highly recommend Palace Station hotel. We had one night in Vegas before our long haul flight back to Sydney and just wanted somewhere safe, comfortable and conveniently located (off the strip but not too far away). Staff were very friendly and accommodating of our requests, the room was spacious and clean. If you are looking for somewhere to stay where you aren't greeted with the strong smell of the casino and pokies as soon as you enter, this is a perfect option. The pool area was really nice too. We had a hire car and parking was easy. Only a 5-10 min drive to the strip. We were also impressed by the room service prices, considering how experience Vegas is in general. The breakfast portions were big and good value.

United StatesI was very disappointed with the lack of basic service. My Dyson hairdryer didn’t work in the room, most likely due to low power in the outlets, and when I contacted the front desk, I was told there was nothing they could do — no assistance, no alternatives. There was also no complimentary drinking water or coffee in the room, which you’d reasonably expect at the hotel. Also, the pool was closed with no prior notice.
The hotel is overall decent — the rooms are clean, and well-kept.

United StatesNothing, really, except that you couldn’t make reservations in some of the restaurants on site and there was always a 20-minute wait to seat you, even if there were open tables.
It was a typical hotel/casino property, away from all the glitz of the Strip, with a little of the glitter. The beds and pillow were comfortable, the rooms nicely done. There are several very reasonable restaurants on site, and the staff were very professional. We had not yet rented a car, so the bus line and easy access to Uber and taxis was appreciated.

CanadaNo coffee machine (a big issue for me), no mini fridge (again an inconvenience) or microwave (this isn’t always available at hotels but with family it helps). If you are non smoker the casino floor is obnoxious
The hotel is located centrally with easy access to the I-15, which is great to get in and out of the city for your day trips. Many reasonable food options nearby as well.

United StatesThe front desk agent told me that I had to have a smoking room upon check-in. I could not breathe in that room. The smoking floor is not ventilated and the worst one I’ve ever been on. I called downstairs and spoke with a back of the house person that told me non-smoking rooms were available and seemed surprised that I was told I had to accept a smoking room. I was allowed to move to a nonsmoking room.

United StatesThe checkout process was not great. There were 2-3 members crowding at the computer even when there were customers waiting in the line to be served. We found it weird when they had 5-6 lanes, but only one were operational. They need to think about efficiency!
The room with a view was great! The hotel itself is old, but the room we got was great. We arrived late in the night, and we got an upgrade to the 20th floor room. The checkin staff was great. The restaurant serves late night food, 5$ pancakes was wonderful and we couldn't finish the pancakes lol!
