Our A/C unit was a bit noisy and cycled frequently at night. The west facing door was in direct sunlight in the afternoon so on the 102F weekend we were there the door and handle were exceedingly hot.

Excellent proximity to downtown. We opted for a 1st floor room as it had easy access to the pool from our own little patio. Comfortable room, comfortable bed, nothing over the top, just a simple, tidy, friendly, comfortable place to stay.

Very pet friendly and very lush outside area alot of grass for the desert.

Bathrooms could be nicer.

This hotel is in a great location with beautiful grounds and poll area. The rooms were recently updated which was a very nice touch. The bathrooms may have been slightly updated but still lack high end quality. You don’t get cleaning each day so be aware, we ran out of TP and had to go to the front desk for some. As I said this hotel is in a great location and the convenience and price are second to none. The staff is helpful and friendly.

Since housecleaning only came every couple of days, room needed more hooks and racks to dry towels for reuse.

Grounds and pool very nice. Walking distance to so much downtown entertainment. Room was comfortable and having door/patio doors opened created a nice breezy spot to relax. Staff was friendly and helpful, and picked us up/dropped us off at airport. Even held our bags at no fee on check out day with late flight. Loved the small market in the lobby for coffee, tea and snacks too! Will be back

The King bed was the hardest thing I’ve ever laid on. It was bad. Make sure you are in the buildings that surround the pool area for the real PS experience. The ground floor rooms in the main building near the lobby are nice enough, but don’t deliver the same kind of retro Palm Springs vibe.

Location is steps to the busiest part of Palm Canyon drive with lots of great restaurants. Clean and attractive lobby. Parking was easy.

A big hotel area, so maybe the walks with suitcases can be a bit long to the car park...

Really nice hotel with a great pool area and friendly staff! Big car park in the back and free of charge. Towels at the pool provided. The loction is great, walkable distance to Arenas Rd with some bars and Downtown with even more restaurants etc. Wifi everywhere, big room, everything is clean and safe area as well.

There are signs all over that renovations will begin early 2025, which is great for anyone looking to come back, but doesn't do much for those who are staying there right now with the current prices. Our room was very clean and nice; the furniture is a little outdated, but that didn't matter. The bed was very springy and almost like laying on a board with a piece of foam on top - that's what it felt like. The pillows were comfortable. The AC had a note asking us not to turn it down below 68, but it wouldn't turn on and we couldn't figure out how to open the shutters and window (not sure that they are meant to be opened), which would have helped with the heat and humidity in the room. We ended up turning the fan on continuously all night, and it helped a little.

The resort is centrally located and very close to the airport, which is what we were looking for - only 6 minutes to the airport at 4am. I also love that this resort is pet friendly. Even though my dogs are service dogs, we only like staying at places that are pet friendly. They also enjoyed the treats given in the doggy welcome bags provided at check-in. The staff was great and explained everything very well and paid attention to me as a customer. We were only there for one night and did not take advantage of the pool or spa.

Constant music during the day in the outdoor areas near the pool. Price was a little high.

The centrally located pool area is very nice. The main pool is large, however the jacuzzi is fairly small, so it appeared to be always busy. The pool area was clean, with ample sitting and reclining options, even some pool toys.

The only thing I would say I would have wished was different was the mattress, but this is just based on my preference, I wouldn't say this is a dealbreaker for me! I felt the mattress was very firm, and it was something to get used to on the first night. But other than that I still enjoyed it here, this is my second time visiting Palm Springs and my first time at this hotel but Palm Mountain Resort is already my go-to. Thank you for a great stay! (I am excited for the remodels I've been hearing about too)

Will definitely book again. This resort has such a beautiful view of the mountain and is central to Downtown, so many shops and places to eat just a walk away. The receptionist that checked us in could not have been more kind and accommodating! And I believe his name was Israel. We did run into a bit of an issue with the room we got at first as when we booked it on a third-party site it didn't show us examples of the view or what the Garden or Pool view was, and we were hoping to get a room close to the pool. However, Israel made the switch for us all with a smile and an amazing attitude. The rest of our stay went very well. We enjoyed the pool a lot. During this time, the heat is scorching hot, but the pool's temperature was very cool, there's plenty of space to lounge by the pool side as well. It was a very good time. There's a gym and a Spa here as well but due to the duration of our stay, I couldn't take advantage of either but next time I definitely will. Another thing I liked was that in the lobby by the front desk they have a nice little mini mart with drinks, snacks and food, which came in handy and was very convenient. For the rooms, they're stocked with a fridge and a microwave which was a great thing for us. I had no problem with the shower, or amenities.

If I could just ask for one thing, please have different kinds of pillows. Or at least, have a few in the back office. I like stiffer pillows, but my neck is fine. However, my wife's neck is soar now. We asked at front desk, but he said you only have one kind of pillow.

The front desk lady, Jane, was great. Had a great personality and accommodated us with a smile. You are going through a reconstruction and the room smelled like the tar used on roof. She changed our room immediately. The hotel is close to the downtown. No need to drive.

The location is just perfect walking distance to restaurants and shopping! Nice pool area and friendly professional staff. The rooms do need some updating a little more attention to detail in the cleaning but overall we really like this property and have stayed many times.
