Breakfast fell a little short, we went around 8:30am and a lot of the stuff was already gone. A little disappointing, breakfast was from 6:30am-9:30am. So we were surprised that there was hardly anything left

Room a little dated and couldn't get shower to work, just used the bath so no drama and I'm sure if I'd of told reception it would of been sorted but wasn't a big deal for the short time we stayed.

Great sized room with 2 big double beds exactly as described. We stayed over a weekend so had the bonus of a hot breakfast, was able to make own waffles which was a nice bonus. Location was perfect for us attending an event at the convention centre around the corner. Generally the location was great, nice area, very chill with no issues.

The breakfast was disappointing and poor. No bread for toast and couldn't toast a bagel as toaster not working. Also there was no member of staff overseeing things at breakfast.

More attention could have been paid to cleanliness - nothing egregious, just a few things that made it feel a little rough around the edges. For example, it was quite dusty right behind the bathroom mirror, which was very noticeable because it was a mirror that lit up around the edges. The stairwells had a lot of spraypaint on the carpeting and as we were leaving, there was someone actively spraypainting which caused a lot of fumes. While there were a lot of options for breakfast (eggs, sausage, potatoes, bagels, cereal, etc.), the hot options were not appetizing or tasty. I ended up eating an instant oatmeal instead. Everything seemed like it had been frozen and not cooked very well. The food was pretty lukewarm when I got there at 9AM.

I stayed here for one night for an event at the Rose Bowl. The room and bed were comfortable and decently updated. Free parking was convenient and available. Water in the bathroom heated up well, and they provided plenty of towels. There's an Indian restaurant attached, which has great food, service, and atmosphere. Breakfast is provided in a nice space with hot options. I would stay here again. The location is convenient to shops and restaurants.

Shower fan didn't work well enough, and the toilet paper felt cheap.

Loved that the beds were bigger than fulls which was perfect for big guys like us. A fridge and microwave was greatly appreciated. Food selection was pretty good, but due to egg prices only eggs were served for 1 of our 2 breakfasts.

We stay there every couple of weeks because it’s close to the hospital. Every time there is something that doesn’t work. This time the basin drained very slowly. In the past the toilet backed up or the hvac didn’t work properly. We have started to bring a plunger with us. But we don’t expect this place to be a resort.

Location location location. For the money you can’t beat it. The guy at the front desk is friendly and helpful. There is an Indian restaurant in the same building. Some of the best Indian food that I have ever had.

Bed too soft (for me). Breakfast (at least at its starting time 6:30) did not even provide tea or milk, at that time I didn't find knife/fork/spoon either. Even for 3$ less I would book without breakfast (yet not possible). It was hard to get an invoice, needed to insist.

Great place just close-by to the Metro. Room contains coffee machine and proper working desk. The setting around the parking lot mitigates noise from close-by street. Good value for the price in comparison with other comparable hotels in the region.
