The place has this musty smell, typical of older house/property located at high humidity area. We would love if the hotel doesn't have this smell.

We could hear a lot of other guests. Was very noisy. The hotel did have ear plugs with the amenities in the bathroom area so my guess is it’s normal.

Not a big deal but the fact that it had only one entrance and exit from the room, bothered me.

It was affordable for the value, quiet, king bed, themed designs and a great pool.

Only negative was some pretty poor water pressure in the shower.

I didn’t eat breakfast but it was offered. I thought the location was good because we went to Mideval times for dinner which was fairly close.

The doors to the rooms don't block much sound and the hallways echo, so there is a good amount of sound if anyone walks down your stretch of the hallway, talking or rolling their luggage. They do provide earplugs, so they know it's an issue. I also wish the heated pool was just a degree or two warmer. It was chill the entire time we stayed and it was almost nice to be in the pool. But we mostly just sat around the pool. I bet it's great in the summer.

I love that they have little kitchens in each room. We were able to get some groceries, make tea, use real bowls and utensils to eat our food. I also love the style of the place. It felt different and more special because of the decor and ambiance. The staff was always friendly and the location allowed us to walk to the grocery store, a laundromat, and restaurants.

Kitchen crockery limited, no extra plates for serving, cups very heavy and thick, used paper cups from the breakfast area.. Nowhere for draining washed pots. Parking $15 per night Limited breakfast choices compared to 5 other motels we stayed in on our trip - only used once, then did our own thing

Good location, spacious clean room, nice pool with gas barbecue, helpful staff. Supermarkets and food outlets close by. Good parking availability. Tea and coffee available all day. Plenty of vending machines (although we didn't use them). Overall, good value for money, would stay again.

Just the nose that was unavoidable in life.

The courtesy and simple answers. And I felt safe and heard because there are staffs at the desk and house keeping inside and outside. I love the small room with seats inside and covered patio with food items available for purchase. I also love the free filtered water stand. I love the enclosed area for pets. The gates that required key made me feel safe. The tall plants was able to relax me!

Only get room cleaned/serviced every 3 days. Noisy at times due to thin walls but I had my noise maker which helped alot..

The staff is very friendly and the Hotel is very clean. The rooms are good size and cutely decorated.
