The rooms could use upgrading. Everything else was pretty good. The room had an oven, but no baking materials or pots and pans.

The location was extremely convenient. We had a wonderful view. It was quiet. We were able to check in earlier than expected. The young lady at the front desk was genuinely pleasant.

Check in is late - 4 PM - and check out is a bit early - 11 AM. Fortunately we were allowed to stay until noon. AC was rather loud but it offered good white noise.

Apartment had all the comforts we needed. Located very near shops and restaurants and just across the street from the ocean with a lovely beach walk a minute away.

Pool was cooler than last time I stayed and the jets were not working in hot tub. Provide more clean towels, soaps, shampoo, TP, etc up front so guests don’t have to ask when run out … 3 people stayed 4 nights.

This is the place I come back to in Kauai! Location in Kapaa is perfect for taking sunrise pictures on the beach then a quick walk to Coconut Market for Kona coffee. I appreciated getting to prepare meals in the kitchen - adequately stocked! Mayacia made our stay great!

I wish there were bathrooms or changing rooms with shower at the pool/ hot tub. The TVs did not have instructions for using the remotes or explaining channels available etc. There were only 2 coffee packets for a 3 night stay.

Work trip with event at the Sheraton and the Plantation Hale was an affordable alternative right next door. The property is spacious and has all of the conveniences of a home away from home.

Carpet in room was heavily stained, couch was sunken in the middle and hide-a-bed was very uncomfortable.

No direct access to the beach you will have to walk like two three minutes but it’s okay.

Unable to get TV to work on the second night. Worked fine the first night but on second kept getting a message " no signal" Also unable to connect to the internet. No sticker in room and couldn't get system to modem to provide any info. For people who are not tech savvy it makes it difficult.

Highway is behind the property and noisy. Very basic, kitchen equipment is too basic. Swimming pool with tons of smelly chlorine.

Great location, in between Wiamea and North shore. Relatively clean. Has a kitchen, so we saved on breakfafts. We did not spend much time in the hotel anyway.

Pool was small and shaded from sun , no bathroom at pool or shower.

Friendly staff, kitchen came stocked with pots , pants , cups , bowls , silverware , dish soap , scrubber lots of unexpected money and errand saving little things ya need . East walk next door for food and snacks to bring back, lots of markets and restaurants walking it quick drive distance . AC in room , parking was great and easy to find. Can’t beat this place for the price we saved a lot of money and didn’t feel as if we went without anything .

The beach right in front of the property is walking distance and could have been little more friendly looking. The long grown grass with poor lit roads make it slightly scary for us outsiders. It might very well be a safe area but we couldn't take chance in a new place.

The rooms and location were good and apt for us to go around for views and/or food/drinks. The staff were real friendly and helpful and made the stay even better.

One of our lamps wouldn't turn on and the water pressure wasn't great but honestly such a nice place overall.

I really loved how big the suites were! I was so surprised because I thought I had booked a small bedroom. I didn't realize all the rooms at this place are suites! Definitely the most affordable spot on the island. I spent quite some time looking before booking too!

Kitchen had basic pots/pans, utensils, cups/plates, but no kettle and no salt/pepper shakers. I was able to boil water in a small pot for my tea. So, it was not that big of an issue. However, Our building was one of the farthest ones from the concierge/front desk. It would've been nice if they had designed the place so the concierge office is more central and people don't have to walk 10 minutes to talk face-to-face with the staff. On the morning after our first night there, I visited the front desk to request some additional items (extra shampoo and coffee) for us to use the next day because they only had a tiny bottle of shampoo in the bathroom and two packets of coffee (1 regular, 1 decaf) for our 3 nights in town. The concierge didn't have access to the accoutrements/storage room when I visited them at 7am, so I was told that housekeeping will bring them to my room later. But, after a day, nobody had brought things over. So the following morning, I called them to re-request the items, and they said they'll send someone over, who never showed up (no surprise). So at the end of my third day, I walked back to the concierge. The staff there had access to the storage room, and handed me my requested items. Also, my key card stopped working on the 3rd day, so I had to walk over to the concierge again for them to issue a new set -_-... Also, the concierge was nice enough to research and provide about 3 different local taxi services, but they either didn't pick up, or weren't available, or didn't serve the area around the hotel... so we ended up using Uber/Lyft instead of supporting local businesses. Definitely plan ahead when you think you need a taxi. Finally, the amount that I was charged upon arrival did not match the amount that was posted when I reserved the place on this site.

Its location next to the shopping center and the beach was great. Also, it's relatively close to the airport. The plumeria trees and orchids growing on site were nice too. Lots of mirrors in the room. Tranquil balcony was a plus.

The unit interior was a bit tired. There was no kettle for boiling water for cups of tea. A light outside in the hall stays on through the night and light streams in through a glass panel with no blind.

The location was convenient. Spacious unit and easy parking.

Some of the furniture was a little outdated and scratchy couch, but it did not take away from the experience.

We loved the friendly staff, the pool was really nice and hot tub as well. Very clean and well kept room with a great kitchen! Beautiful trees around and very central to the airport and other areas for eating and the beach. The bed was also very comfortable.
