They said I damaged a towel I asked them to show it to me. They could not produce the towel and insisted. I paid $17 for a towel that I could not take with me. It would have been fine if they gave me the towel to take home

Breakfast could of used a little variety Got tired of eating same thing for breakfast. Error in processing my payment ..I was charged twice. Still waiting for some of the refund.

The coffee maker in room didn't work, the bed was not comfortable at all and the refrigerator creaked and loudly groaned all night. Otherwise, the hotel was very nice and clean.

My room was directly under the outside stairs, leading to the second floor. On occasion it was some noise at night, but that is OK. Overall, it was a great experience!

The bed was very comfortable. Walls seperating the rooms were pretty soundproof. The staff was very pleasant, helpful and welcoming. Breakfast was great! Pool was wonderful :--)

Room was fairly tiny for the price. Bathroom was very dirty and still had hair/soap from previous occupants. Hot water didn’t work after asking for it to be fix and tv was broken.

The breakfast was not very good. I have never seen bacon so thin. The egg/omelet was dry and tasteless. The coffee creamer next to the coffee machine was bad and turned chunky in the coffee. The orange juice dispenser did not have orange juice in it.

The king size bed was on an old spring box spring. It was very loud to get in and out of, super noisy.

When I first checked in I was told there was a 100 deposit and an 150 deposit if u have an animal. At first hundred dollars because I wasn’t sure if I was gonna have my dog a couple hours later I went and paid the 50 because my dog ended up coming with us. After I was there for about a week one of the ladies came to my door about 1 o’clock telling me that I need to pay $25 a day for my animal. She told me she was charging me For today and yesterday . She let me know that if I do not have the money within an hour that she was going to cancel my reservation and I would have to remove all my stuff from the property.. I let her know that my dog is a surface animal. I have the card and the paperwork to show it to her. She says that they don’t honor that? Because I was at work I had to have my dad come down and pay the money so I did not get kicked out. He spoke to the people in the front office about the service animal and showed them all the legal paperwork that they are not allowed to charge me fees especially not threaten me that if I didn’t have this extra money, I was going to be kicked out. I was checking my bank statements and the night before there was a charge on my card for $25. At Midnigt when I called the front office to ask what that was they told me it was for taxes and fees?? I did not authorize for them to take out any money out of my account. Once my bank statement hit. It said it was authorized pet fee.? About 20 minutes after we got that taken care of. I get another call from the lady in the front office telling me that my deposit had dropped off and I needed another credit card to put on file with another $150 deposit. I told her that I did not receive my deposit back yet and it still shows pending on my account. She said that she didn’t care and if I wanted to stay another night I needed to pay another $150. I had been there for about three weeks and loved the location.
