There was no refrigerator in the room. We asked for non smoking room and the room reek of cigarette smoke. The pillows on the bed were very flat.

We didn’t have a fridge in our room. And the bathroom had hair in the Bathtub/Shower and floor. The bed cover was stained.

The Motel is located close to one of the bigger streets and you can easily get to the Coliseum by car or Uber/Lyft.

There was a line out the door waiting to go in and check into there rooms and I had to use the rest room and there was no bathroom while I waited in line and plus it was raining the day I checked in the ice machine near my room was not working so I had to drive to the office just to get ice …… I don’t think I will do this hotel again ….this chain of hotels has really gone down they have people living there and they sit outside drinking and smoking it’s just not a good look …… and not just this Red Roof it’s across the board in every city and state…… the quality had gone down

The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. The heat/ac unit barely worked and wouldn’t stay on. There was a strong spray cleaner scent when we first entered our room and we left the door open for about 30mins or so in order to air it out. It was a floral smell and was causing us to cough and sneeze.

The parking lot was well lit at night. The hotel was very convenient and easily accessible from the interstate. There are many restaurants around it and it was close to the Coliseum.

Everything else. No mini fridge for my daughters milk. No microwave to heat up left overs from dinner. This place was completely different from the photos provided.

Late night front desk lady had a bad attitude. Guy that checked me was nice. The room could have been totally completed with remodeled items. Few things left undone but none were safety hazards just cosmetic items.

I didn't have breakfast. I stayed in the 2 nd floor. Room looked to be in remodeling phase. Phone didn't have a stand and wasn't a place to plug in the lamp in room. The night lady at desk seemed to have an attitude when I asked for a charger cord for my phone. Loved that there was security on property that was walking around and being visible for most of the nights I was there even in wee hours of the morning. Bed slept good however, pillows were a flop and not fluffy. Hot water in shower was awesome! Definitely got what I paid for and will book again when in the area for the price.

there was no fridge no microwave. If you have guests that going to be staying more than two days they should be accommodated with one or the other. The tv remote didn't work and it was very hard to figure out how to use the tv app that's displayed once you turn it on.

The staff was friendly. No issues at all with staff or location.

The room was small. The ac unit was on it's last leg. The face part was hanging off. The pillows were tiny. King bed with kid pillows. SMH.

The location was close to coliseum for concert. The mattress was comfortable.
