Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Our stay at the Residence Inn in Orlando was absolutely perfect for our family! From the moment we arrived, the staff was kind, professional, and welcoming. The suite was spacious, clean, and fully equipped with a kitchen — which made it so easy to prepare meals for the kids and feel at home. The complimentary breakfast had great variety and was a big hit with everyone. The outdoor pool area was a highlight — clean, relaxing, and perfect for a break after the parks. The mattress (I suppose not in all rooms are the same) but my side had a big "hole" in it. Couldn't sleep well at all (my wife on the other side, yes). (Would definitely give a 10 if the bed was good)
Renovated (and still in progress). Amazed me how nice it was, for what I paid.

For minuses I would count not so clean water in the jackuzzi as well as the general feeling of how clean the place is, like corridors for example. The room was perfect, nothing bad to say about it but out of the room the feeling was not so great. Also - it's great you offer the breakfast but it is the first time in my life when I ate in a hotel out of the plastic plates. Not to mention that it's just not nice it is simply WRONG. The amount of plastic you produce just from one breakfast is giganteas. It's a shame for the hotel.
The room was fantastic, we were also upgraded by the staff which was a very nice surprised. The personnel was vary nice and helpful.

The room was a little small for 5 people and kitchen equipment not sufficient for 5 people.
Very nice location for enjoying Orlando Universal Studios and Disney World. The offered shuttle service worked quite well and is very comfortable. The personal was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast service provided was good for American breakfast.

Ice machine didn't work in room. Safe's battery was dead so needed to have fixed. Pool and hot tub water was dirty (leaves and cigarette butts). Exposed elevator button plate.
Breakfast, room, location. Staff very friendly and helpful especially Francesca at the front desk

I’m extremely disappointed with this location. The bathtub was leaking water all the time. The nearest entrance to my bedroom looks old, the carpet in the hallway to my room smells humid and feels high humidity. The breakfast is mediocre for a Marriott hotel. No body cream or any personal first kit at all. The lady in front desk was very supportive.

The breakfast shown on the picture looks alot better than in real life. Food is very blend, I understand it is done for to fit everybodys tastes, but in total it is not the breakfast we hoped for regarding the price. Regarding the night price the parking could be free for guests but parking for 26$ a night is a rip off. We had a two queen size bed studio which was booked for 4 people. After each cleaning time we had to go to reception for additional two towels because after each cleaning they collected 4 towels and left only 2 clean ones.
The room was spacious and big and very decent.

The AC is on a motion detector which is the worst idea anyone could have in Florida. The filters for the AC were plugged full or dust and debris and despite the front desk telling me they would send someone twice, no one showed for the duration of the 7 day stay. House keeping brought towels but that was it, no sweeping and you could see their footprints on the tile. The soap dispensers were poorly fastened to the shower walls and I had to have the desk send someone to “fix” them. Parking was $31.89 a day which wasn’t mentioned until check in and that was rather frustrating. Upon returning home and receiving my final bill I was charged a $250 smoking fee, I don’t smoke, my 9 year old that was with me doesn’t smoke, no one we were around smoked. Of course when I call the hotel the manager is conveniently never there even during the times the desk staff says he will be and the desk staff claim they can’t do anything to help. Even without that smoking charge I’ll likely never stay off Disney property again, yeah I got a pretty good price on the room but until I paid for parking at the hotel, paid for parking at the parks (the shuttle schedule from the hotel isn’t great) paid for a rental car, paid to charge it because god forbid we just have gas powered cars, I could have stayed club level at just about any moderate Disney resort .
Breakfast was good, my son and I enjoyed the Mickey waffles.

We really appreciated being bumped up to 2 rooms, it was totally un expected. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean. We were there for the AHR expo, and the hotel served our needs perfectly with a great breakfast before we left and a pool to relax around when er came back!
