Nothing we didn’t “like.” Only things we could suggest are amenities….even for purchase, continental breakfast ish things, drinks for purchase…. Loved the place and staff. Not one bad thing to say.

Very accommodating, lady at the front desk ( I can’t remember her name :( ) was phenomenal. Bathrooms were clean, room was clean, balcony had a ton of plants making it feel amazing. Balcony was fabulous. We just needed a private room/bed and have really started loving the local hostels.

The room was particularly small(not like I needed a ton of extra space but just keep in mind). The hot water took about 5 mins to get warm. There were ants on the bathroom floor coming from somewhere. No bathroom showers or hand towels and only one trashcan that was located in the bathroom. Really late check-in time compared to what other motels/hostels usually are, also parking is pretty tricky but I managed to find a spot right in front so just be on the lookout. So all in all if you just need somewhere to sleep and shower it will be sufficient but don't really expect much more than that.

For the location it was the cheapest place when I booked a month before. The woman at the front was really helpful and pleasant. Nice patio deck.

Staff seemed disorganized and confused when I commented it seems my room has had a visitor in it already. I received new sheets and was told it was unlikely I would have someone share the room. Well at 9PM, the door lock rattled and there was a very startled and embarrassed Chinese guy who didn’t realize I was in the top bunk!! We shared the room and he was so polite and courteous. Bathrooms were dirty and looked dingy, and the facility could use a remodel facelift. It was a place to sleep but I did not want to stay longer than necessary and left as soon as I woke up.

Roommates with out keys Complaints regarding random people knocking on doors My dorm mate stays in the bathroom all night long 5-8hrs during the night. Literally all night I have to get ready in the morning in one of the bathrooms because she occupies until 7 or 8 am Not a big deal but it is annoying and inconvenient

Friendly staff, clean bathrooms, toilet paper was stocked. Staff was accessible within the hours provided.

Staff on-site were entertaining, experienced, very friendly. Rooms and beds were clean. Featured guest in mixed dorms matched sleep and awake schedules. 10/10 will be staying again

There was no toilet paper inside bathroom and It is nice if they had trash bag inside trash can. And they had cigarette on the floor. If they had swiffer( simple map), I would cleaned the Floor of the room. Specifically under the bed.

There were no towels, had to go & purchase one from a store. As well hand & body soap weren't provided. The hostel lacked cleanliness, especially in the restroom & shower area.

The location was close to Little Italy & right next to the freeway. The employee at the front desk was very helpful & polite.

I recommend a permanent staff in the place to attend people and improve the hygiene. The room I stayed was not clean and I could see dust and little pieces of trash in the floor under the bed. I had the same sensation with the bed: the blanket seems not to be clean. The sink in the kitchen was clogged for the 6 days I stayed there, and the hostel smell like wet wood. Because of that I recommend to do a deep clean in the rooms with some sanpic or something like that. Besides I recommend to spray some insecticide because I saw several little cockroach. I think for one night it will be good, but for a hole week I would look for other place.

The hostel has a great location near to many place in little Italy. It was close to the airport and was easy to use the public transport. I liked the architecture of the hostel and the backyard.
