Had a terrible time finding the place. Hated the check in process. First time using a screen with a guy who's accent was so difficult to understand. Glad I didn't need help because their didn't seem to be anyone around.

Well, I thought for the price it was terrible, it should be price at like 70 or less super rundown. There was urine at the base of the toilet, dirt and hair behind the toilet as well. The vent didn’t work also caked with dust and clearly was a smoking room via the color of the dust and yellow caked on it. Every single towel was basically stained. Glad I bring my own things. The room smelled like stale cigarettes. When I tried the front desk to let them know well no one answered so I’m sure this is the only way my complaints can be heard. The door to the room well if someone pushed hard enough the door would just open you could basically see out side through the crack where there should be a seal. The strike plate the door is supposed to lock into could potentially be pulled off by your hand. There is no front desk it’s virtual which is the only thing I felt was updated or modern about this place. I was truly lucky to run in to a house keeper for basic things other wise when I tried the front desk no one even answered. It was noisy. Just awful for the amount of money.

You could tell the room had been smoked in prior to it being a non smoking room it was really strong. The beds and shower, toilet were clean which is most important

The staff was nice and helpful , beds comfortable , one of the staff said have a safe drive as we were leaving and that really blessed my heart

Hair in the drain, bathroom floor was dirty, bed was week in the middle. Guy on the kiosk lied to me about the stairs. I asked if there was an elevator and he said no but only 5 stairs to second floor. I use a cane to get around. The 13+ stairs were hard for me

Stayed an extra night for a considerably increased room charge. I told the manager there was no need for maid service except for fresh towels & soap. Received neither.

There was old food still in the fridge. The counters and shower were dirty. There was also no extra blankets and the ones they did have on the bed were very thin. It has a kiosk to check you in and when I did talk to an actual staff member he was rude.

Very run down,constant banging all night long,couldn't sleep in room was given, constant light in room,due to outside night lights glaring through curtains. Was put next to stairway going up stairs, people running up and down stairs all night.

it was fairly clean..remodeled bathroom. Terrible finish work around grab bars etc. Did like there were grab bars.

A little shabby on the outside. Ice-maker not working. In a area with mainly small businesses and so limited on local places to eat.

Typical "motel" type set-up which worked fine. Adequate parking. Room was large and had ok facilities, coffee maker, fridge etc.. The check-in was a touch pad /screen to a remote locating which worked efficiently. Convenient as a stop-over motel.

There was no breakfast offered! Our room smelled of cat urine. The grout in the bathroom was grimy. There was no stopper offered in the tub for our kid to bathe.
