The room was clean, but furniture was beat up. Bathroom was outdated and shower head didn't spray water uniformly. Toilet was leaking water. Clean water appeared on the floor after few minutes of flushing it. Shower curtain had stains on it. Either it wasn't changed in a while or it was washed without bleach and stains didn't come off. Either way, brand new shower curtain would be needed. Carpet was vacuumed but so dirty. It needs deep clean or to be replaced with hardwood floor. The pillows were uncomfortable, very flat. The room needs major update. Nothing fancy, just new furniture, and get rid of the carpet.

The price was great. It was close to college and dinner for breakfast. The bed was comfortable but not the pillows. No funky smell, no bugs. Sheets and towels were clean. Overall the room was clean.

roaches were on the ceiling over bed,AC had mold.Asked for NONSMOKING ROOM for health reasons and still people smoked all around the hall and stairway in the Non-smoking side.Didnt leave because of the contract which I would lose half of what was paid

Typical off the highway plane to rest your bones. They have all the basics u expect. No drama perfect for what we needed.

Everything the bathroom door wasn’t on the frame, the toilet was leaking from the bottom into the floor, my sheets were covered in cigarette burns and it smelt heavily of cigarette on my nonsmoking room

The receptionist lied and stated that I could not do an early check in because no rooms were available for early check in. Therefore, I stayed in my car for several hours waiting for check in. During that time there were only 5 cars in the parking lot. I saw no one coming in or out. I later learned via one of the cleaning staff that the hotel has several rooms available and business was quite slow at the time.

Absolutely nothing. The receptionist was sarcastic and lacked basic customer service skills.

We were on Ocala for a weekend event and had to book a room which not many were left in the area at a decent price. Choosing Rodway Inn $248 for Thursday thru Sat checkout being Sunday 11am. Due to having to be at the event friday by noon and checking for most hotels are after 3, I chose to book Thursday without using room until Saturday around 2am. This hotel has the look and feel of a flop house. After getting key card, as I usually do I checked room so key was functional. Upon entering room I was hit with a strong pungent oder and the smell of cigarette stench. Looking around the room I could tell that it had been used by someone for a deal of time. Cigarette burns on the blankets, finger smudges on pictures on the walls, debris under the sink cabinet, along the bed platform, and under the refrigerator. I had to go to my car to get air freshener to spray throughout the room almost dousing the beds. The refrigerator door and gasket layered with mold. The cabinet cart as well. The chair at the table asked with mold. The cleanest thing in the room was inside the microwave. Leaving to go to the event Saturday morning they were tearing apart a room beneath mine, mattresses up along the wall, frame and refrigerator out in the lot. It's evident that the cleaning care here is non exist and, the health of people staying there non existent. This hotel needs to be closed and renovated.

The shower curtain was moldy. I requested towels on my second day and I was told to take them to my room and I would not be able to get room service unless my stay is three or more days. I an not returning to this hotel.

Breakfast was horrible, it was very small honey bun and coffee.

Roadway was a horrible place to be. The minute we walked into our room, it smelled of cigarettes, even though we asked for a non-smoking room. There were people drug dealing outside of the place. It's definitely not a place to bring your family. Thank God we were able to move next store to quality inn. They were very nice and the rooms were actually decent for the price we paid. When we got there, no one was even in the roadway office. We had to go over to quality inn to check in to roadway. Would not recommend to anyone to go to roadway.

I had upgraded to quality inn next store to roadway, and the place was way better than road way. The staff there was wonderful and very helpful. Way more clean than the other place.

The room was very dirty, behind headboards. There were bed bugs, and my issue was dismissed when I brought it to their attention.. they told me theses aren’t bed bug bites.
