United StatesLocation is great. Staff was excellent. We were there for my daughter’s wedding at TPC sawgrass in suite 600. It was in the 50’s while we were there and had no option for heat and the living room area was freezing cold. We couldn’t turn off the fan from running even after turning it up to 76.

United StatesArt work, lack of toilettry (shower cap?), no electric kettle. No mugs (paper cups instead). Personel was a touch and go, some overtly rude. WI FI: was it $20 a Day??? $12 a Day? Did you have to register to a Marriott frecuente user to get WiFi (and still be sales for money)? There was a chewing gum stuck to the elevator handle. The free juice machine was empty.

United StatesWe had a very late check in (3AM), and the night front desk attendant was very rude. I had to call the hotel from the lobby to get her to check me in. Food at the Pub was mediocre. Our room was getting tired - bathroom had many loose/cracked tiles as did the kitchenette area. The villas could use a refresh.
The Villa size was good. Bathroom size was great. Location was great. The bed was very comfortable. The Cabana Beach Club was very nice and the service there was fantastic. The property grounds are very pretty.

United StatesWe booked a Villa Suite / King with Nature View. Room # 1744. It was early evening and we decided before we went to dinner in the restiarant we would relax and have drinks on the room balcony. The nature view was wonderful, but unfortunately our romantic setting was ruined by the continual loud noise of a service motor or generator adjacent to our accommodation balcony. This device needs to be housed in a sound proof unit or have the motor sound / noise mechanism vastly reduced as its an obvious nusaince for guests who desire to have just the sounds of nature as surround. United KingdomOn arrival on Fri 22nd March the hotel didn't recognise my booking which I did through booking.com .So another room was booked direct with the hotel. To my annoyance the hotel subsequently has also charged my credit card for the original booking which they couldn't identify on arrival. Despite providing all requested information and images of documents on the app the hotel and booking.com have so far not refunded me for the original booking which is a clear booking system issue between them and the hotel.

United StatesI called to confirm certain information with the hotel before purchasing a room. when arriving at the hotel I was told the information I was told over the phone was not true. I informed the property that I wouldn’t have purchased a room if it wasn’t for the lies I was told. I requested a refund from the hotel and booking.com but was told they could do nothing. I whole heartedly don’t agree with that decision. Never asked for a refund at a hotel in my life.
