What not to like ?

Stayed at the Sea Echo before. Clean and well equipped rooms. There's beach chair's and blanket in rooms. In the kitchen, you will find coffee sugar dish soap. Some cans of soda & a couple of waters. Also a bottle of 🍷 wine awaiting its guess.

Location is perfect and manager is very attentive and helpful. The room had everything you could ask for, including beach seats, umbrellas and cooler!

My only complaint would be the person above us was very very noisy at all hours of the night and we were woken several times by him

The location is great, steps to the beach and 2 blocks to town square. the staff is friendly and accommodating. This was our second stay there for almost a month and going back again next year! Pet friendly too!

The dirty bath mats.

We stayed in Room #2. Everything great except for the bathmat and mat in the tub. The bathmat was dirty and actually had the outline of footprints on it. They should be using a bathmat that is like a towel to be able to wash it. There was also some sort of mat in the tub that had hair in it and just not something easy to be cleaned and probably should not be being used at all. We did not shower because if those 2 things. Those were our only complaints.

The bed was a little firm for my personal preference and the bedside lamps were not working (or I couldn't figure out the switches)

Great location, walking distance to lots of food and drink, nice feel to the neighborhood. Room was big, had a kitchen with some soda in the fridge, good water pressure in the shower, keycode for the door, simple to get in and no keys to misplace.

Very clean apartments and well-equipped. Joe, the owner, is very helpful. Pet friendly. Parking is available for guests and you can always find a space for your car. Location is amazing - the beach is across the road, the restaurants and bars are just 3 minutes walk. The area looks very safe any time. Good value for money. We loved everything and would love to come back.

Spotlessly clean, friendly host. Ideal position for restaurants and beach. Even catered for trips to the beach with toys, towels, chairs and windbreak. Free off road parking. No hassle, just very nice.

If you want to truly feel like home away from home, Sea Echo Apartment Motel in Fort Lauderdale by the Sea is your only choice! Friendly, above expectations, clean, comfortable... did I miss something! Upon entering the hotel, we were greeted by the hosts - a smiling, kind, beautiful family. A plate full of fruits, a bottle of wine and a variety of drinks were placed on the kitchen table in our studio. They had also left us an umbrella and two beach chairs. They were extremely responsive to all our needs. They responded to all our messages, always on time and courteously. The motel is half a minute walk from the beautiful beach. It is located in a very safe and quiet area. In the immediate vicinity, no more than 5 minutes walking distance, there are many different places for breakfast, dinner, ice cream, dance club, pizza places, etc. There are also grocery stores nearby. If you wish to cook your own dinner and stay at the hotel, the hosts offer a barbecue in the courtyard and a fully equipped small kitchen in the studio with everything you need for a wonderful family meal. I would say that not a fancy name of a hotel makes it 5 stars. Not the large pool or the anonymity of its bar, but quite the opposite. Everything at Sea Echo Apartment Motel is extremely welcoming, cozy and made with love especially for YOU! Thank you, dear hosts, for making one of our best vacations! We are looking forward to seeing you again!

Dust bunnies under the bed, paint peeling over the shower, but easy to forgive considering how nice everything else was.

We walked in after a long day of travel and we’re greeted with cold water in the fridge a bottle of wine and the air conditioning already on. We were thrilled to find beach chairs that we could take across the street to the beach and beach towels. Joe is very nice, and you will certainly love the location.
