This is a small motel on the boardwalk in Virginia Beach. It is very centrally located, with friendly staff. We had a balcony with a wonderful view of the Atlantic. The motel was well maintained, with very clean rooms, freshly painted walls, a laundry facility, and coffee maker/refrigerator in the room. There is one free parking space included with each room. Overall, it was a great value.

No security. Doors to the outside were always open or unlocked they did not need card access to get in and out except for in the morning when I had to unlock one of them to be able to go out on the beach.

The parking spaces onsite were tight. The overflow parking lot across the street wasn’t bad. The elevator was very slow and small. My sister and I barely fit with the luggage cart.

I loved the location and view from the balcony. The rooms were clean. The towels were replaced daily. I would stay here again.

Entry is a little rough--building, but no lobby; no service, as in restaurant list; concrete non-decorative floors and walls entering the main building; plastic chairs at the front give low impression; scary alley between hotels; no foot-shower, except in pool building

Great Staff to start your Stay!! Rooms are really sizable and clean!! Pool and Hot Tub with the covered roof was Great!! Location is a Perfect spot that you can walk to eat or just enjoy the sights!! Will Stay here on my next visit to VA Beach!! Rate also are better for you as better price than surrounding Hotels!! Definitely A "Diamond in the Rough"

The elevator was slow, but the hotel was not that busy when we were here.

Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and spacious rooms. Private balconies with outstanding views of ocean, beach and boardwalk. Our fifth floor view was perfect. Good location. Easy get to freeway and many shops and eating places in walking distance. There is no breakfast included, but there is a microwave and a fridge with good-sized freezer, in the room. It has a nice coffee shop adjacent, with some baked good and sandwiches.
